از مهم‌ترين وظايف معلمان در فرايند آموزش، برقراري روابط صحيح و سالم با دانش‌آموزان است. دانش‌آموز بايد از طريق مدرسه و به وسيله معلّم، اجتماعي شدن را بياموزد و با كسب مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي مورد نياز جامعه، هم موجب موفقيت و پيشرفت خود و هم باعث اعتلاي جامعه‌ گردد. مقاله حاضر سعي دارد با عنايت به فرايند كنش‌پژوهي صورت گرفته، اصولي را در مديريت برقراري ارتباط با دانش‌آموز در كلاس رياضي ارائه نمايد. در راستاي اين هدف با مطالعه‌ي كتاب‌ها و مقالات مختلف و مداقه و تأمل ويژه بر تعاملات پژوهشگر در محيط مدرسه، سعي شد نقاط ضعف يا گسل‌هاي تهديدگر ارتباطي شناسايي و طي شش جلسه‌ي تدريس به نقاط قوت يا فرصت تبديل نماييم. از نتايج مهم حاصله، لزوم دقت در رفتار خود بصورت عام و خاص است. اين مهم از آن جهت است كه ارتباط صرفا جنبه‌ي كلامي ندارد و تمامي افعال، ايماها، اشاره ها و... همگي در بردارنده پيام و حاوي نشانه‌اند. احترام به شخصيت همه در هر جايگاه اجتماعي شالوده‌ي حفظ كرامت انساني طرفين و برقراري تعامل سازنده مي‌باشد. به طور كلي در راستاي ارتباط موثر هشت راهكار عملي به عنوان فرضيه در بوته‌ي آزمايش قرار گرفت كه صحت‌سنجي شد و فرضيه‌هاي سره از ناسره بازشناسي گرديدند.

Overall, eight practical approach to effective communication as hypothesis was tested in the crucible of the validation and recognition of good and evil were pure hypothesis.
