چكيده فارسي :
ﻫــﺪف ﺗﺤﻘﯿــﻖ ﺣﺎﺿــﺮ ﭘــﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨــﯽ ﻓﺮﺳــﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷــﻐﻠﯽ ﺑــﺮ اﺳــﺎس وﯾﮋﮔــﯽﻫــﺎي ﺷﺨﺼــﯿﺘﯽ و ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي در ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن ﺑﻮد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑـﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪي آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن در ﺳـﺎل ﺗﺤﺼـﯿﻠﯽ 99- 1398 ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 145 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﻤﺎمﺷﻤﺎري ﺗﻌـﺪاد 145 ﻣﻌﻠـﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ 132 ﻧﻔﺮ آنﻫﺎ در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪي ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺴﻠﺶ )1981(، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪي ﭘﻨﺞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺖ ﻧﺌـﻮ ﮐﺎﺳـﺘﺎ و ﻣﮏﮐﺮي )1992( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪي ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي ﺷﺮ ر و ﻫﻤﮑـﺎران )1979( ﺑـﻮد. ﺑـﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾـﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از روش ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار 22-SPSS اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼـﯿﺘﯽ و ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣـﺪي ﻗـﺎدر ﺑـﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧـﺪ. ﺑـﺎ ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﺑـﻪ دﺳـﺖ آﻣـﺪه، ﺑـﺎ اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯿـﺰان ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣﺪي و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن اﺑﺘﺪاﯾﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان از ﻓﺮﺳـﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ آﻧـﺎن ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮي ﮐﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to predict burnout based on personality traits and self-efficacy in primary teachers in Kerman. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study included all primary school teachers in Kerman in the academic year of 1398-99 in the number of 145 people. Using the numerical sampling method, 145 teachers were selected as a sample, of which 132 were Participated in the research. Measurement tools were the Maslash Burnout Questionnaire (1981), the Neo Costa and McCurry (1992) Five-Factor Personality Questionnaire, and the Scherrer et al. (1979) Self-Efficacy Questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS-22 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that personality traits and self-efficacy were able to predict burnout. According to the results, by increasing the level of self-efficacy and improving the personality traits of primary teachers, burnout can be prevented.
