چكيده فارسي :
مبحث مديريت از موضوعاتي است كه قرآن كريم به صراحت و به تفصيل به آن نپرداخته است، بلكه در برخي از آيات به صورت پراكنده به سرگذشت مديران و رهبران الهي پرداخته شده كه برخي از مفسران-به ويژه تفاسير اجتماعي در عصر حاضر- در خلال تفسير اين آيات به بحث مديريت و ويژگي هاي مديران جامعه اسلامي پرداخته اند. كه با مطالعه پيرامون آيات مربوطه در متون ديني و تفاسير مختلف مي‌توان ويژگي‌هاي عمومي مديران جامعه اسلامي را چنين برشمرد: تقوا، شرح صدر، عدالت، تدبير، محبت به مومنان، مهر و محبت به همه انسان‌ها، اخلاق نيكو، مراقبت در همة امور، وجدان اخلاقي، صبر و شكيبايي، ايمان به خداوند، امانتداري، تواضع و فروتني، بي اعتنايي به ماديات و پاداش‌هاي مردم، اعتقاد به آخرت، پرهيز از رياست‌طلبي، درك ناراحتي‌هاي و مشكلات زير دستان، مجازات متخلفان، مدارا با زير دستان، وفاي به عهد، علم وحكمت(علم وآگاهي)، خستگي ناپذيري، مصمم بودن، مشورت با ديگران در كارها، صداقت با مردم.
چكيده لاتين :
Management is one of those issues which have not been explicitly addressed in detail in Quran. However, the adventures of divine leaders and managers have been sporadically mentioned in some verses of Quran. During the interpretation of these verses (especially social interpretations in this age), some interpreters have discussed the management and features of the managers of the Islamic society. By studying this kind of verses in different religious texts and interpretations, the general features of Islamic society managers can be described as: Piety, Breast expansion (Broad mindedness), Justice, Policy, Being kind to believers, Love and affection for the masses, Good morals, Vigilance in all affairs, Moral conscience, Patience and tolerance, Belief in God, Trustworthiness, Humility and Modesty, Being indifferent to material world and remunerations from people, Belief in the Hereafter, Avoiding presidentialism, Understanding the discomforts and problems of subordinates, Punishing the offenders, Dealing with subordinates, Fulfillment of the obligation, Knowledge and wisdom(knowledge and awareness), Indefatigability, Decisiveness, Consult with others and Being honest to people.
