چكيده فارسي :
استان سمنان به دليل شرايط اقليمي متنوع، هم‌مرز بودن با استان مازندران و برخورداري از چشم‌انداز‌هاي اكولوژيك و جاذبه‌هاي تاريخي و توريستي راه‌هاي روستايي پرترددي دارد كه از نظر معضل تصادفات جاده‌اي داراي شرايط حساسي هستند؛ بنابراين لزوم تحقيق و سرمايه‌گذاري در زيرساخت‌هاي روستايي استان سمنان براي بهبود ايمني اين راه‌هاي ضروري است. اين تحقيق با بهره‌گيري از نظريه مجموعه راف به محققان اين امكان را مي‌دهد تا تصادفات را در ابعاد چندگانه آناليز كنند و وقوع حادثه را، با تركيب عوامل دخيل در آن، قاعده‌مند سازند. هدف از اين پژوهش تشخيص الگوهاي حادثه‌ساز و به‌كارگيري اين الگوها در مديريت عوامل مربوط است تا حذف و يا كاهش علل سانحه را در برنامه‌هاي عملياتي خود مد نظر قرار دهند. با بهره‌گيري از مدل پيشنهادي، اين امكان فراهم خواهد شد تا بروز سوانح در ابعاد چندگانه آناليز شود و در نهايت، وقوع يك سانحه با تركيب عوامل دخيل در آن قاعده‌مند گردد. براي اين منظور، طيف جامعي از عوامل مبتني بر ادبيات موضوع و نظرات خبرگان مرتبط با خودرو، راننده و محيط مدنظر قرار خواهد گرفت. سپس، داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده از كيفيت سوانح راه‌هاي روستايي استان سمنان مورد بررسي انجام خواهند شد.

Semnan province, due to its diverse climatic conditions, being bordered by Mazandaran province and having ecological landscapes and historical and tourist attractions, has busy rural roads that are sensitive to the problem of road accidents; Therefore, the need for research and investment in rural infrastructure in Semnan province to improve the safety of these essential roads. set. Using Ruff set theory, this research allows researchers to analyze accidents in multiple dimensions and regulate the occurrence of an accident by combining the factors involved. The purpose of this study is to identify accident-causing patterns and use these patterns in the management of related factors to consider eliminating or reducing the causes of accidents in their operational plans. Using the proposed model, it will be possible to analyze the incidence of accidents in multiple dimensions and finally, the occurrence of an accident by combining the factors involved in it will be regular. For this purpose, a comprehensive range of factors based on the literature and opinions of experts related to the car, driver and environment will be considered. Then, the collected data on the quality of rural road accidents in Semnan province will be studied.
