نقش پيشگيرانه فرماندهان و مديران در كاهش جرايم كاركنان

زمينه وهدف : اعمال نظارت و مراقبت مؤثر بركاركنان يكي از نكات مهمي است كه فرمانده معظم كل قوا (مدظله العالي) براي به حداقل رساندن ارتكاب جرايم و تخلفات در بين كاركنان ناجا به آن اشاره و تاكيد داشته اند، كه اين امر بركات و منافع سازماني و فردي فراواني در پي دارد، فرماندهان و مديران نقش اساسي و مهمي در سالم سازي نهاد ناجا و كاهش حجم جرايم كاركنان دارند، اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي و شناخت نقش هاي فرماندهان و مديران نيروي انتظامي در كاهش جرايم كاركنان انجام شد، پژوهشگر در اين پژوهش به دنبال آن است تا ضمن شناسايي، اولويت بندي هريك از نقش هاي مراقبتي، ممانعتي و مقابله اي توسط فرماندهان را مورد تبين قرار دهد پژوهش كابردي حاضر از منظر روش شناختي در دسته پژوهش هاي كيفي و با روش نمونه گيري غيرتصادفي و به صورت هدفمند انجام و از ابزار مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته براي بدست آوردن داده ها استفاده شده است در اين راستا با 10 نفر از فرماندهان و مديران خبره و با تجربه كه در زمينه صيانت و پيشگيري از جرايم كاركنان داراي سابقه مديريتي و اجرايي بودند تا رسيدن به اشباع نظري مصاحبه انجام شده است. يافته ها و نتيجه گيري: نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد با توجه به نقش هاي پيشگيرانه در بين فرماندهان و مديران، نقش مراقبتي بيش از همه نقش ها مورد تاكيد قرار گرفته است و سپس نقش ممانعتي و در نهايت كمترين تاكيد بر نقش مقابله اي بوده است.

This study was conducted to identify and recognize the roles of commanders and managers of law enforcement in reducing staff crimes, the researcher in this study Seeks to identify, prioritize, and explain each of the watchdog, deterrence, and confrontational roles by commanders. The present applied research from a methodological point of view in the category of qualitative research with non-random sampling method and purposefully conducted and semi-structured interview tools to obtain data has been used in this regard with 10 commanders and expert managers and with Experience in the field of protection and crime prevention of employees with managerial and executive experience has been done to achieve theoretical saturation of the interview. Results and conclusions The results show that due to preventive roles among commanders and managers, the role of care has been emphasized more than all other roles and then the role of prevention and finally the least emphasis has been on the coping role.
