Investigating the increase of neighborhood security by smartening and prioritizing its indicators based on the perception of Sangalaj neighborhood residents of Tehran about transportation

رﺷﺪ ﺷﻬﺮﻧﺸﯿﻨﯽ، ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﭘﯿﺎﻣـﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪرﻧﯿﺘـﻪ در زﻧـﺪﮔﯽ ﺷـﻬﺮي را ﻫﻤـﺮاه داﺷـﺘﻪ اﺳـﺖ. در ﭼﻨـﯿﻦ ﻓﻀـﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ ﯾﮑـﯽ از ﻣﻬـﻢ ﺗـﺮﯾﻦ اوﻟﻮﯾـﺖ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣـﻪ رﯾـﺰان و ﺳﯿﺎﺳـﺖ ﮔـﺬاران اﺳـﺖ ؛ ﭼـﺮا ﮐـﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ ﻣـﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨـﺪ در ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ و ﺣـﻞ ﺑﺮﺧـﯽ ﻣﺴـﺎﺋﻞ ﺷـﻬﺮي از ﺟﻤﻠـﻪ اﻣﻨﯿـﺖ ﻣـﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷـﻨﺪ. اﻣﻨﯿـﺖ از ﭼــﺎﻟﺶ ﻫــﺎي ﭘــﯿﺶ روي ﺗﻮﺳــﻌﻪ ﺷــﻬﺮي اﺳــﺖ ﮐــﻪ داراي ﺟﻨﺒــﻪ ﻫــﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔــﯽ اﺳــﺖ. ﯾﮑــﯽ از راﻫﺒﺮدﻫــﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ در ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ، ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻤـﻞ و ﻧﻘـﻞ ﻫﻮﺷـﻤﻨﺪ اﺳـﺖ. در اﯾـﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫـﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ درك ﺳــﺎﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﺤﻠــﻪ ﺳــﻨﮕﻠﺞ ﺗﻬــﺮان از ﺷــﺎﺧﺺ ﻫــﺎي ﺣﻤــﻞ و ﻧﻘــﻞ ﻫﻮﺷــﻤﻨﺪ در راﺳــﺘﺎي اﻣﻨﯿــﺖ اﺳــﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ و ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﮔـﺮدآوري داده ﻫـ ﺎ ﺑـﻪ ﺻـﻮرت ﻣﯿـﺪاﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾـﻖ اﺑـﺰار ﭘﺮﺳـﺶ ﻧﺎﻣـﻪ اﺳـﺖ. رواﯾﯽ اﺑﺰار ﻣﺸﺨﺺ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑـﺎ آﻟﻔـﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒـﺎخ ﺑـﯿﺶ ﺗـﺮ از 0/79 ﺗﺄﯾﯿـﺪ ﺷـﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣـﺎري ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺷـﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﻣﺤﻠـﻪ ﺳـﻨﮕﻠﺞ ﺗﻬـﺮان، 25000 ﻧﻔــﺮ ﺗﺸـﮑﯿﻞ داده اﻧـﺪ . ﺣﺠـﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ ﺑــﺎ ﻓﺮﻣـﻮل ﮐـﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﺮاﺑـﺮ ﺑــﺎ 318 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ ﮐـﻪ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ دﺳﺘﺮﺳـﯽ ﻫﻮﺷـﻤﻨﺪ در ﺑﻬﺒـﻮد اﻣﻨﯿـﺖ ﻣﺤﻠـﻪ ﻣــﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌــﻪ در ﺳــﻄﺢ ﮐــﻢ ﺗــﺮ از 0/05 ﻣﻌﻨــﺎدار و اﺛﺮﮔــﺬار ﺑــﻮده اﺳــﺖ. ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫــﺎي دﺳﺘﺮﺳــﯽ ﺑــﻪ ﭘﺎرﮐﯿﻨﮓ –ﭘﺎرك ﺧﻮدرو، دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻌـﺎﺑﺮ ﺷـﻬﺮي، دﺳﺘﺮﺳـﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﺷـﺒﮑﻪ ﻣﺴـﯿﺮﻫﺎي اﺗﻮﺑـﻮس، دﺳﺘﺮﺳـﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﺘﺮو، دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺗﺎﮐﺴﯽ و دﺳﺘﺮﺳـﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨـﺎﻃﻖ ﭘﯿـﺎده روي، اﯾـﻦ ﻧﮑﺘـﻪ ﻣﻬـ ﻢ را ﺗﺄﯾﯿـﺪ ﻣـﯽ ﮐﻨـﺪ ﮐﻪ وﺟﻮد اﯾﻦ اﻣﮑﺎﻧـﺎت و ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﻫـ ﺎ در ﺳـﻄﺢ ﻣﺤﻠـﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺴـﺘﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﮐـﺎﻫﺶ ﺑﺮﺧـﯽ ﺟـﺮاﯾﻢ و ﻫـﻢ ﭼﻨـﯿﻦ ﺑﻬﺒـﻮد اﻣﻨﯿــﺖ ﮐﻤــﮏ ﮐﻨــﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫــﺎي ﻧﻈــﺎرت ﻫﻮﺷــﻤﻨﺪ، ﭘﺮداﺧــﺖ ﻫﻮﺷــﻤﻨﺪ، ﺛﺒــﺖ ﺗﺨﻠــﻒ ﻫﻮﺷــﻤﻨﺪ، اﻃــﻼع رﺳــﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﻮﺷــﻤﻨﺪ و ﻣــﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﮑــﺎﻧﯿﺰه ﻧﺎوﮔــﺎن در ﺳــﻄﺢ ﮐــﻢ ﺗــﺮ از 0/05 ﺗﺄﯾﯿــﺪ ﮐــﺮد ﮐــﻪ ﺗﻘﻮﯾــﺖ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ در ﺑﻬﺒـﻮد اﻣﻨﯿـﺖ ﻣﺤﻠـﻪ ﻣـﺆﺛﺮ اﺳـﺖ. ﻫـﻢ ﭼﻨـﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﯿﺠـﻪ رﮔﺮﺳـﯿﻮن ﺧﻄـﯽ ﻧﯿـﺰ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﺣﻤـﻞ و ﻧﻘـﻞ ﻫﻮﺷـﻤﻨﺪ ﺑـﺎ ﺿـﺮﯾﺐ 0/694، اﺛﺮﮔـﺬاري و ﻗـﺪرت ﺗﺒﯿـﯿﻦ ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒـﺎً ﻣﻄﻠــﻮﺑﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﻣﺤﻠﻪ ﺳـﻨﮕﻠﺞ دارﻧـﺪ. در ﺣﻘﯿﻘـﺖ در ﺗﺤﻘـﻖ اﻣﻨﯿـﺖ ﻣﺤﻠـﻪ، اﯾـﻦ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﻣـﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨـﺪ ﺑـﯿﺶ از 69 درﺻﺪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ و 31 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ دﯾﮕﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.

The growth of urbanization has brought attention to the consequences of modernity in urban life. In such an environment, paying attention to the components of the smart city is one of the most important priorities of planners and policy makers; Because these indicators can be effective in managing and solving some urban issues, including security. Security is one of the challenges facing urban development that has various aspects. One of the security management strategies in cities is to emphasize smart transportation indicators. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of residents of Tehran's Sangalaj neighborhood of smart transportation indicators.. The research method is descriptive-analytical and based on data collection in the field through a questionnaire. The validity of the instrument and its reliability were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha greater than 0.79. The statistical population of the study consists of 25,000 citizens of Sanglaj neighborhood of Tehran. The sample size was determined by Cochran's formula equal to 318 people. The results showed that the smart access index was significant and effective in improving the security of the study neighborhood at a level of less than 0.05. Examining the variables of access to parking - car park, access to urban thoroughfares, access to the network of bus routes, access to the subway, access to taxi stations and access to pedestrian areas, confirms the important point that the existence of these facilities and indicators At the neighborhood level, it has been able to help reduce some crime as well as improve security. Examining the variables of smart monitoring, smart payment, smart violation registration, smart information and mechanized fleet management at the level of less than 0.05 confirmed that strengthening smart transportation systems is effective in improving neighborhood security. Also, the result of linear regression showed that the smart transportation index with a coefficient of 0.694 has an almost favorable effect and explanatory power on the security of Sangalaj neighborhood. In fact, in achieving neighborhood security, this index can be more than 69 percent effective and 31 percent depend on other factors.
