Relationship between Extra-Organizational Behavioral Problems and Attitudes Toward Mixed Substances among First Male High School Students in Shahrekord

دوران ﻧﻮﺟــﻮاﻧﯽ ﺑــﻪ ﻟﺤــﺎظ ﺷــﺮوع و رﺷــﺪ اﺧــﺘﻼﻻت رواﻧــﯽ، دوران ﺑﺴــﯿﺎر ﺣﺴﺎﺳــﯽ اﺳــﺖ . از ﺟﻤﻠــﻪ اﺧﺘﻼﻻﺗــﯽ ﮐــﻪ در اﯾــﻦ دوران ﺑــﺎ ﭘﯿﺎﻣــﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﻔــﯽ اﺟﺘﻤــﺎﻋﯽ، ﺳــﻼﻣﺘﯽ و رﻓﺘــﺎري ﻫﻤــﺮاه اﺳــﺖ . ﻣﺸﮑﻼت رﻓﺘﺎري ﺑﺮوﻧﯽ ﺳﺎزي اﺳﺖ ﮐـﻪ ﺑـﺎ ﺳـﻮء ﻣﺼـﺮف ﻣـﻮ اد راﺑﻄـﻪ دارد. ﻫـﺪف اﺻـ ﻠﯽ اﯾـ ﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت رﻓﺘـﺎر ي ﺑﺮوﻧـ ﯽ ﺳـﺎز ي ﺷـﺪه و ﻧﮕـﺮش ﻧﺴـﺒﺖ ﺑـﻪ ﻣـﻮاد ﻣﺨـﺪر در ﺑـ ﯿﻦ داﻧـﺶ آﻣـﻮز ان ﻣــﺪارس ﻣﺘﻮﺳــﻄﻪ اول ﭘﺴــﺮ اﺳــﺖ. روش ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ-ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠــﯽ اﺳــﺖ. اﯾــﻦ ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ ﯾــﮏ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳـﺖ . ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ ﻣـﻮرد ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿـ ﻪ داﻧـﺶ آﻣـﻮز ان ﭘﺴـﺮ ﻣﻘﻄـﻊ ﻣﺘﻮﺳـﻄﻪ اول ﺷـﻬﺮ ﺷــﻬﺮﮐﺮد در ﺳــﺎل ﺗﺤﺼــﯿﻠﯽ 98-99 ﺑــﻮده ﮐــﻪ از ﺑــﯿﻦ آن ﻫــﺎ 300 داﻧــﺶ آﻣــﻮز ﺑــﺎ اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧــﻪ ﮔﯿــﺮي ﺗﺼــﺎدﻓﯽ ﺧﻮﺷــﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨــﺎب ﺷــﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑــﺰار ﺟﻤــﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋــﺎت ﺷــﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮﺳــﺶ ﻧﺎﻣــﻪ ﺧﻮدﺳــﻨﺠﯽ ﻧﻮﺟﻮاﻧــﺎن آﺧﻨﺒــﺎخ )YSR( و ﭘﺮﺳــﺶ ﻧﺎﻣــﻪ ﺳــﻨﺠﺶ ﻧﮕــﺮش داﻧــﺶ آﻣــﻮزان ﻧﺴــﺒﺖ ﺑــﻪ اﻋﺘﯿـ ﺎد اﺳـﺖ . ﺑـﺮ اي ﺗﺠﺰﯾـﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ داده ﻫـ ﺎ از آزﻣـﻮن ﮐـﺎي اﺳـﮑﻮﺋﺮ و ﻫـﻢ ﺑﺴـﺘﮕﯽ رﺗﺒـﻪ اي اﺳــﭙﯿﺮﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣـ ﯽ دﻫـﺪ ﮐـﻪ ﺑـ ﯿﻦ ﻣﺸـﮑﻼت رﻓﺘـﺎر ي داﻧـﺶ آﻣـﻮز ان و ﻧﮕـﺮش آن ﻫـ ﺎ ﻧﺴـﺒﺖ ﺑــﻪ ﻣـﻮاد راﺑﻄــﻪ ﻣﻌﻨـﺎدار ي وﺟــﻮد دارد )0/05 < p-value(. ﻣﺒﻨـﯽ ﺑــﺮ ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﻣــﯽ ﺗـﻮان ﭼﻨــﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ اﺧﺘﻼﻻت رﻓﺘﺎري، زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﺎز ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.

Adolescence is a very sensitive period in terms of the onset and development of mental disorders. Among the disorders that are associated with negative social, health and behavioral consequences during this period are externalizing behavioral problems that are related to substance abuse. The main purpose of this study was to investigate externalizing behavior problems and attitudes toward drugs among grade male high school students.This research is a survey research. The study population was all male high school students in Shahrekord in the academic year of 2019-20, from which 300 students were selected using cluster random sampling. Data collection tools include the Achenbach Adolescents Self-Assessment Questionnaire (YSR) and the Students' Attitudes Towards Addiction Questionnaire. Chi-square test and Spearman rank correlation were used to analyze the data. The results show that there is a significant relationship between students' behavioral problems and their attitudes toward materials (p-value <0.05). Based on the results, it can be concluded that behavioral disorders underlie the tendency to use drugs
