الگوي نظام مند تحول بنيادين در آموزش و پرورش از منظر مقام معظم رهبري

A Systematic Pattern of Fundamental Transformation in Education From the point of view of the Supreme Leader

اين پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن اهميت آموزش و پرورش در تربيت نسل آينده كشور، در صدد ارائه الگوي نظام مند جامعي براي تحول در آموزش و پرورش بر اساس ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري است. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش داده بنياد سعي شده است الگوي نظام مند تحول آموزش و پرورش در كشور استخراج شود. با مطالعه بيانات مقام معظم رهبري و استخراج بيش از 400 مفهوم و كدگذاري اين مفاهيم در نهايت 25 كد محوري استخراج شد كه هركدام ذيل مقوله هاي الگوي نظام مند(شرايط علي، شرايط زمينه اي، راهبردها، شرايط مداخله گر و پيامدها) جايگيري و تبيين شد. مشخص شد كه براي تحول بنيادين در آموزش و پرورش بايد با برنامه و نقشه عملياتي مستحكم، متقن و جديد كه اجماع نخبگان بر آن است در دو بعد شكلي و محتوايي آموزش و پرورش با به كارگيري كارگزاران اصلي، تحول انجام گيرد و شايسته است نگاه مصرفي به نگاه سرمايه گذاري و عدالت محوري بر اساس اسناد بالادستي و چشم انداز 1404 تغيير يابد. از دستاوردهاي مهم چنين تحولي تربيت نيروي انساني طراز جمهوري اسلامي ايران و شاهد و مبشر ملت هاي ديگر است.

Given the importance of education in educating the country's next generation, this study seeks to provide a comprehensive systematic model for the evolution of education based on the vision of the Supreme Leader. In this research, using systematic data base method, it has been attempted to extract a systematic model of education transformation in the country. Studying the Supreme Leader's statements and extracting more than 400 concepts and coding these concepts eventually yielded 25 axial codes, each incorporating and explaining the following systematic pattern categories (causal conditions, contextual conditions, strategies, intervening conditions, and consequences).
