بررسي تاثير نظم و امنيت در جامعه با رويكرد تشكيل و توسعه سازمانهاي مردم نهاد

Investigating the impact of order and security in society with the approach of forming and developing non-governmental organizations

سازمان­هاي غيردولتي مي‌توانند نقش اساسي در ارائه خدمات دست ‌اول به جوامع در كاهش اثرات و آسيب‌پذيري در برابر بحران­ها ايفا كنند.در اين مقاله سعي بر آن است به اين سوال پاسخ داده شود كه سازمانهاي مردم نهاد در ايجاد نظم و امنيت اجتماعي در جامعه چه نقشي ايفا ميكنند، در اين راستا با مطالعه تاريخچه و ساختار و تشكيلات سازمانهاي مردم نهاد و وضعيت فعلي اين سازمانها در كشور ايران تاثير تشكيل و گسترش اين سازمانها در سطح محله ،شهر ،استان،كشور در ايجاد نظم و امنيت اجتماعي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و با ارائه نمونه هايي از فعاليت سازمانهاي مردم نهاد (سمن ها)در سطح كشور سعي بر اثبات تاثير اين سازمانها در ايجاد نظم و امنيت در اجتماع است.وهدف از ارائه اين مقاله توجه بيشتر به نقش سمن ها در پيشرفت و توسعه كشور و بالاخص نقش اين سازمانها در ايجاد نظم و امنيت اجتماعي در كشور است.
