دين در نگاهي كلان، چيزي جز معيار هدايت و عامل معنا دهي و هويت بخشي به بشر نيست؛ محتواي دين، نسخه سعادتمندي بشر است و البته بايد سازوكاري براي تحقق اين مهم فراهم شود تا زمينه هاي تحقق رسالت هاي مهم دين را فراهم آورد بديهي تعليم و تريبت در اين ميان جايگاه و نقش اساسي و مهمي دارد؛ «يتلو عليهم آياته و يزكيهم و يعلمهم الكتاب والحكمة». اگر دستگاه عظيم تعليم و تربيت بر اساس آموزه هاي صحيح ديني تأسيس و تنظيم شود، نور هدايت سراسر جامعه را فرا ميگيرد و انسان متحير را به مطلوب حقيقي مي‌رساند. زماني كه در جامعه اي‌ نقش‌ مذهب‌ و عوامل‌ معنوي‌ پررنگ ميشود بي‌ شك‌ مـيزان جـرم و جـنايت نيز كاهش مي يابد به گونه اي كه در بررسي ها و تحقيقات صورت‌ گرفته‌ مشخص‌ شـده اسـت غالب مجرمان افرادي دور شده‌ از‌ دين‌ هستند‌ و در‌ خانواده‌ هايي پرورش يافته اند كه ارزشهاي مـعنوي كـمرنگ شـده و ارزشهاي مادي جاي آن را گرفته است .نظام آموزش و پرورش جمهوري اسلامي در راستاي وظيفه اصلي خود، يعني تربيت انسان‌هاي الهي هماهنگ با معيارهاي اسلامي، مي بايست در تمامي مراحل تعيين اهداف، سياست‌گذاري، تدوين برنامه هاي آموزشي و پرورشي، تامين و تربيت نيروي انساني، مديريت و نظارت، طراحي ساختار و تشكيلات و ..... به طور متناسب با اجزاء و عناصر تربيتي اسلام و البته با ملاحظه نيازهاي واقعي و مسائل جدي نظام آموزش و پرورش حركت نمايد. توجه به مفاد اصول 1،2،3،4،5،8 و 64 از طرح كليات نظام آموزش و پرورش جمهوري اسلامي و به ويژه اصل 73 آن، مبني بر لزوم رابطه مستمر و متقابل بين حوزه هاي علميه و وزارت آموزش و پرورش براي پيشبرد سريع اهداف نظام تعليم وتربيت.

The spiritual values ​​have been diminished and replaced by material values. an‎d nurture, supply and training of human resources, management and supervision, design of structure and organization, etc. to move in accordance with the components and educational elements of Islam and, of course, considering the real needs and serious issues of the education system. Paying attention to the provisions of Principles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 64 of the General Plan of the Education System of the Islamic Republic, and especially its Article 73, stating the need for a continuous and reciprocal relationship between seminaries and the Ministry of Education for Rapid advancement of the goals of the education system.
