چكيده فارسي :
گردشگري درماني و بهداشتي، امروزه از رو به رشدترين بخشهاي صنعت گردشگري جهان است كه باعث شده سازما نهاي دست اندركار و كشورهاي علاقه مند به توسعه گردشگري توجه خود را به اين بخش از صنعت توريسم جلب و براي آن برنامه ريزي كنند. زندگي صنعتي در بيشتر كشورهاي دنيا الزاماتي را با خودهمراه دارد و نيازهايي را نيز براي مردم جوامع مختلف ايجاد كرده است.امروزه گردشگري به عنوان صنعت جذاب و جايگزين مورد توجه قرار گرفته، بالاخص گردشگري سلامت كه با روح و جان گردشگران در ارتباط است. هدف اين تحقيق نقش سازنده توسعه صنعت گردشگري سلامت در حوزه اقتصاد شهر(مطالعه موردي شهرستان اردبيل) مي باشد. تحقيق حاضر نوع پيمايشي و براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه ها به شكل مصاحبه اي از طريق نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده براي 400 نفر از مردم شهرستان اردبيل اقدام به نظرسنجي شده است. به منظور تحليل مورد مطالعه از روش هاي توصيفي و استنباطي، بر اساس تحليل عاملي كه نشان دهنده ارتباطات مستقيم بين تاثيرات توسعه صنعت گردشگري، رفا سلامت و امنيت و گردشگري سلامت بر اقتصاد ساكنين مي باشد .تحليل عاملي از طريق نرم افزار spss، براساس برآورد ضرايب استاندارد شده و سطح معني داري (0/05≥α) به دست آمده، نشان از وجود رابطه معنادار و تاييد تاثيرات اقتصادي گردشگري 0/54، ، و به طور مستقيم و مثبت تاثيرات رفاه سلامت و امنيت بر روي توسعه صنعت گردشگري سلامت 0/19 برآورد شده است همچنين ساختار نظري تحقيق با ضريب مسير مستقيم تاثيرات گردشگري بر روي توسعه گردشگري سلامت و با ضريب غيرمستقيم تحقيق در مجموع معني دار بوده و ساختار نظري تحقيق براساس شاخص هاي كلي مورد تاييد است .

Medical and health tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors of the world's tourism industry today, which has made organizations and countries interested in tourism development pay attention to this part of the tourism industry and plan for it. Industrial life in most countries of the world has its own requirements and has created needs for the people of different societies. Today, tourism is being considered as an attractive and alternative industry, especially health tourism, which is related to the soul and soul of tourists. The purpose of this research is the constructive role of the development of health tourism industry in the field of city economy (case study of Ardabil city). The present research is a survey type and to collect data from questionnaires in the form of an interview through simple random sampling, a survey has been conducted for 400 people of Ardabil city. In order to analyze the study from descriptive and inferential methods, based on factor analysis that shows the direct relationship between the effects of the development of the tourism industry, health and safety, and health tourism on the economy of the residents. Factor analysis through spss software, based on the estimation The standardized coefficients and the significant level (α≥0.05) obtained show the existence of a significant relationship and confirm the economic effects of tourism, 0.54, and directly and positively the effects of well-being, health and security on the development of the health tourism industry. It is estimated as 0.19. Also, the theoretical structure of the research with the coefficient of the direct path of the effects of tourism on the development of health tourism and with the indirect coefficient of the research is significant in total, and the theoretical structure of the research is approved based on the general indicators.
