چكيده فارسي :
كيفيت زندگي شهري به مهمترين غدغه شهروندان و نخبگان و مديران شهري بدل شده است. برخورداري از شرايط و امكانات شهري و دسترسي و تأمين نيازهايي چون آب سالم، برق، تلفن، سرويس‌هاي حمل و نقل عمومي (مانند اتوبوس و مترو)، تراكم پايين ترافيك، فضاهاي مناسب خدماتي هم‌چون رستوران‌ها، سالن‌هاي سينما و تئاتر، سالن‌هاي ورزشي، فضاي سبز مناسب، پارك‌ها، باغ‌ها و بوستان‌ها و جنگل‌هاي شهري، مدارس و دانشگاه‌ها با استاندارد مناسب آموزشي از جمله مهمترين مسائل و چالش‌هايي است كه مديران شهري با آن روبرويند و تأمين اين نيازها شاخص كيفيت زندگي شهري را به طور محسوسي ارتقا بخشيده و قابليت زندگي شهري را بالا مي‌برد. در اين مقاله ابتدا مختصات و ابعاد مديريت صحيح شهري و كيفيت زندگي شهروندي بررسي و تبيين مي‌شود و سپس وضعيت كيفيت زندگي شهري در پايتخت ميهن عزيزمان ايران از طريق فراتحليل تحقيقات انجام شده و شاخص‌هاي بين المللي مورد بحث و ارزيابي قرار مي‌گيرد. در انتها با بيان نقش و تأثير كيفيت مديريت شهري براي تحقق توسعه پايدار شهري، پيامدها و آثار آن بر ارتقاء كيفيت زندگي شهروندي و كاهش جرائم و در نهايت افزون شدن نظم و امنيت تبيين مي‌شود.

The quality of urban life has become the most important concern of citizens, elites and city managers. Having urban conditions and facilities and access and meeting needs such as clean water, electricity, telephone, public transportation services (such as buses and subways), low traffic density, suitable service spaces such as restaurants, cinemas and theaters, sports halls, space Appropriate greenery, parks, gardens and urban forests, schools and universities with appropriate educational standards are among the most important issues and challenges that city managers face, and meeting these needs has significantly improved the quality of urban life and the ability to live in a city. raises In this article, the coordinates and dimensions of proper urban management and the quality of life of citizens are examined and explained, and then the quality of urban life in the capital of our beloved country, Iran, is discussed and evaluated through the meta-analysis of research conducted and international indicators. At the end, by stating the role and impact of the quality of urban management for the realization of sustainable urban development, its consequences and effects on improving the quality of life of citizens and reducing crimes and finally increasing order and security are explained.
