Analysis of the state of social ethics with an emphasis on "social responsibility" Case study: Tehran

ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ و روﯾﮑﺮد اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻘﯽ و ﭼﻨﺪ ﺑﻌﺪي ﻧﻈﻢ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺶ و اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ زﻧﺎن و ﻣﺮدان ﺑﺎﻻي 18ﺳﺎل ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ 600ﻧﻔﺮ از آنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪاي ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪاي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. دادهﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﮐﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ رﻓﺎه اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان )4 از 5( ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺒﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان دﻏﺪﻏﻪ و ﻧﮕﺮاﻧﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ و ﻣﺸﮑﻼت ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ در ﺣﺪ زﯾﺎد ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ، اﻣﺎ ﻧﻤﺮه اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ اﻓﺮاد ) 2از5 ( ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻨﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﻧﻤﺮه ﻣﻘﯿﺎس وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ) 2/75از 5( ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮ از ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﻧﻤﺮه ﮐﻠﯽ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﺎن ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 3/01 از 5 ﺑ ﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ رﻗﻢ ﻣﺒﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي در ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ، ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري ﻧﺪارد، ﯾﻌﻨﯽ اﯾﻦ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺘﯽ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ. اﻣﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﺎﻫﻞ اﻓﺮاد راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري دارد ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪاي ﮐﻪ اﻓﺮاد ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي دارﻧﺪ.

The main goal of the current research was to investigate the social responsibility situation in Tehran and the main approach of this research is the integrated and multidimensional theory of social order. The research method is survey and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population includes men and women over 18 years old in Tehran, 600 of whom were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that, the variables of responsibility in this research included the social welfare component (4 out of 5), which shows that the level of concern and worry of people towards the issues and problems of the society is high, But the effectiveness score of the people was obtained (2 out of 5), which is at a low level, and the task scale score was obtained as (2.75 out of 5), which is lower than the average level, and the overall score of social responsibility of the respondents was 3.01 (from 5) that, this figure indicates the level of moderate responsibility among the research community. In the section of inferential findings, social responsibility has no significant relationship with gender, that is, social responsibility is not based on gender. But social responsibility has a significant relationship with the marital status of individuals so that married people have more responsibility .
