Investigating public participation methods in preventing Home burglary (Shahrekord case study)

ﭘﯿﺶ ﮔﯿﺮي از ﺳـﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﻨـﺰل ﻫﻤـﻮاره ﯾﮑـﯽ از دﻏﺪﻏـﻪ ﻫـ ﺎي ﭘﻠـﯿﺲ و دﺳـﺘﮕﺎه ﻗﻀـﺎﯾﯽ اﺳـﺖ و ﺑـﺪون ﻫﻤﺮاﻫـﯽ و ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﻣﺮدم ﭘـﯿﺶ ﮔﯿـﺮي از ﺳـﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﻨـﺰل ﺑـﻪ ﺻـﻮرت اﺛـﺮﺑﺨﺶ اﻣﮑـﺎن ﭘـﺬﯾﺮ ﻧﯿﺴـﺖ . اﯾـﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑـﺎ ﻫـﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﺷـ ﯿﻮه ﻫـﺎي ﻣﺸـﺎرﮐﺖ ﻋﻤـﻮﻣﯽ در ﭘـﯿﺶ ﮔﯿـﺮي از ﺳـﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﻨـﺰل )ﻣـﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﻪ ﺷـﻬﺮﮐﺮد( اﻧﺠـﺎم ﺷــﺪ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐـﺎرﺑﺮدي، از ﻧﻈـﺮ روش ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑـﻪ ﺷـﯿﻮه ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒـﯽ و ﺑـﻪ ﻟﺤـﺎظ ﺷـﯿﻮه ﺟﻤـﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت در زﻣـﺮه ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫـ ﺎي ﻣﯿـﺪاﻧﯽ )ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸـﯽ( اﺳـﺖ . در اﯾـﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ در اﺑﺘـﺪا ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺼـﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﮔﻮﯾﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺆﻟﻔـﻪ ﻫـ ﺎي ﻣﺸـﺎرﮐﺖ در ﺳـﻪ دﺳـﺘﻪ ﻣﺸـﻮرت ﺑـﺎ ﻣـﺮدم، ﻫﻤـﺮاه ﺳـﺎز ي و ﯾـﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ ﺷﻨﺎﺳـﺎﯾﯽ و ﭘﺮﺳـﺶ ﻧﺎﻣــﻪ ﺗـﺪوﯾﻦ و اﺟـﺮا ﺷــﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣـﺎري در دو ﮔـﺮوه ﮐﯿﻔــﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﺗﻌـﺪاد 14 ﻧﻔــﺮ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺺ در ﺣﻮزه ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﻼﻧﺘـﺮي و ﮐﻤـﯽ ﺗﻌـﺪاد 175 ﻧﻔـﺮ ﺗﻌﯿـﯿﻦ ﺷـﺪ . ﺗﺠﺰﯾـﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ داده ﻫـﺎ ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار اس ﭘﯽ اس اس ﺻـﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ و ﺑـﺮ اي ﺗﺠﺰﯾـﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ داده ﻫـ ﺎ از آﻣـﺎر ﺗﻮﺻـ ﯿﻔﯽ و ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸـ ﯽ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ روش ﻣﻘﻮﻟـﻪ ﺑﻨـﺪ ي، دﺳـﺘﻪ ﺑﻨـﺪ ي و ﮐﺪﮔـﺬاري ﺗـﺪوﯾﻦ ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘـﻪ ﻫـ ﺎ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد در ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﻤـﺮاه ﺳـﺎز ي 14 ﮔﻮﯾـﻪ، ﻣﺸـﻮرت ﺑـﺎ ﻣـﺮدم 6 ﮔﻮﯾـﻪ و ﯾـﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ 5 ﮔﻮﯾـﻪ دﺳـﺘﻪ ﺑﻨـﺪ ي ﺷـﺪ . ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﻓﺮﺿـ ﯿﻪ ﻫـ ﺎ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﺑـﯿﻦ ﻣﺸـﺎرﮐﺖ ﻋﻤـﻮﻣﯽ در ﺳـﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔـﻪ ﻣﺸـﻮرت ﺑـﺎ ﻣـﺮدم ، ﻫﻤـﺮاه ﺳـﺎز ي و ﯾــﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﺟﺘﻤــﺎﻋﯽ در ﭘــﯿﺶ ﮔﯿــﺮي ﺳــﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﻨــﺰل راﺑﻄــﻪ ﻣﻌﻨــﺎدار وﺟــﻮد دارد. ﯾﺎﻓﺘــﻪ ﻫــﺎي ﺗﺤﻠﯿــﻞ رﮔﺮﺳــﯿﻮن ﺑﯿﺎن ﮔﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐـﻪ ﻣﺸـﺎرﮐﺖ ﻋﻤـﻮﻣﯽ و ﻣﺆﻟﻔـﻪ اي آن ﻗـﺎدر ﺑـﻪ ﭘـ ﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨـﯽ 26/4 درﺻـﺪ از ﭘـ ﯿﺶ ﮔﯿـﺮي ﻫـﺎي ﺳــﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﻨــﺰل ﻫﺴــﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘــﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸــﺎن داد ﺗﻘﻮﯾــﺖ ﻣﺸــﺎرﮐﺖ ﻋﻤــﻮﻣﯽ و ﻣﺆﻟﻔــﻪ ﻫــﺎي ﺷــﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺸــﻮرت ﺑــﺎ ﻣــﺮدم، ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺳﺎزي ﻣﺮدم و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ آن ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﭘﯿﺶ ﮔﯿﺮي از ﺳﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ واﻗﻊ ﺷﻮد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the methods of public participation in the prevention of home burglary (Shahrekord city case study). The present research is practical in terms of purpose, combined in terms of research method and in terms of data collection method is a field (survey) research. In this study, firstly, interviews had been used to identify the components of participation in three categories: public consultation, accompaniment and social learning with a questionnaire which was developed and implemented. The statistical population in two qualitative groups was 14 experts in the field of police performance and 175 persons were defined quantitatively. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive and survey statistics were used to analyze the data. In the qualitative part, the data were compiled by categorization, organizing and coding methods. Findings showed that in the component of accompaniment 14 items, consultation with people 6 items and social learning 5 items were categorized. The results of examining the hypotheses showed that there is a significant relationship between public participation in the three components of public consultation, accompaniment and social learning in the prevention of burglary. The findings of regression analysis indicate that public and component participation is able to predict 26.4% of burglary prevention. The results showed that strengthening public participation and components including consultation with the public, accompaniment and social learning can be effective in preventing theft.
