چكيده فارسي :
ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﺗﺎب آوري ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻠـﻮﮔ ﯿﺮي و ﮐـ ﺎﻫﺶ ﻓﺮﺳـﻮدﮔ ﯽ ﺷـﻐ ﻠﯽ ﻧﺎﺷـ ﯽ از اﺳﺘﺮس ﻫﺎي ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد و ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ در ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﻓﺮاد اﯾﻔﺎء ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ. از ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ در آن ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻬﻢ اﺳﺖ، ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺤﺴـﻮب ﻣـ ﯽ ﺷـﻮﻧﺪ . ﻫـﺪف از اﻧﺠـﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎب آوري ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﻓﺎرﺳﺎن ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠـﯽ، از ﻧـﻮع ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫـﺎي ﻫـﻢ ﺑﺴـﺘﮕﯽ و از ﻧﻈـﺮ ﻫـﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﺳـﺘﺎن ﻓﺎرﺳـﺎن ﮐـﻪ در ﺳـﺎل 1400-1399 ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺑﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ داده اﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﻎ ﺑﺮ 120 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮده اﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده 50 ﻧﻔﺮ را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ . اﺑﺰارﻫـﺎي ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﻋﺒـﺎرت ﻫﺴـﺘﻨﺪ از ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﺎب آوري ﻣﺪل ﮐﺎﻧﺮ و دﯾﻮﯾﺪﺳﻮن و ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﺎﺳﻼچ و ﺟﮑﺴﻮن. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻢ ﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ﻣـﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده، اس ﭘﯽ اس اس ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﺎب آوري و ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار و ﻣﻌﮑـﻮس وﺟـﻮد دارد )0/420-( ﻫـﻢ ﭼﻨـﯿﻦ ﺑـﯿﻦ ﻓﺮﺳـﻮدﮔﯽ ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ ﺑـ ﺎ ﻣﻘﻄـﻊ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ، ﻣﺪرك ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ، ﺳﺎﯾﻘﻪ ﮐﺎري، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﺄﻫـﻞ و ﺳـﻦ راﺑﻄـﻪ ﻣﻌﻨـﯽ دار و ﻣﻌﮑـﻮس وﺟـﻮد دارد ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﺎب آوري و ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ، ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ ﮐﺎري و ﺳﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﻣﻌﮑﻮس وﺟﻮد دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Resilience capacity is considered as a predictor to prevent and reduce burnout caused by occupational stress and plays an important role in performance. One of the most important occupations in which burnout is very important is law enforcement personnel. The purpose of this study was to investigate the rate of burnout and resilience of Farsan police personnel. This research is descriptive-analytical in nature, correlational research and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of all law enforcement officers of Farsan county who were serving in 1399-1400, which was over 120 people. By simple random sampling method, 50 people were selected as the sample. The research instruments were Connor and Davidson model resilience questionnaire and Maslach and Jackson burnout questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression were used to analyze the data. The software used was the software used, spss software. The results showed that there is a significant and inverse negative relationship between resilience and burnout (-0.420). Also, there is a significant and inverse relationship between burnout and degree, degree, work experience, marital status and age. There is also a significant inverse negative relationship between resilience and educational level, work experience and age.
