Investigating the situation of public participation and social security in Birjand city

ثبات و پايداري امنيت تنها از رهگذر نهادينه كردن آن در يك جامعه و احساس مشاركت و مسئوليت عمومي در قبال امنيت اجتماعي حاصل مي شود. در جهان امروز، مسئله­ي امنيت و پيشگيري از سرقت با استفاده از توسعه­ي مشاركت مردمي، حائز اهميت بسياري است. از اين رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي وضعيت مشاركت مردمي و امنيت اجتماعي در شهر بيرجند است. اين تحقيق از لحاظ ماهيت و روش، يك تحقيق توصيفي و از منظر هدف يك تحقيق كاربردي است جامعه آماري در اين تحقيق شامل شهروندان بالاتر از 20 سال شهر بيرجند است، كه تعداد آن­ها 83550 نفر است. با توجه به جامعه آماري، حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان­ 384 نفر است. روش نمونه گيري در اين پژوهش نمونه گيري غير احتمالي است و نوع نمونه گيري در دسترس است كه به اين منظور پرسشنامه به صورت الكترونيكي بين شهروندان بيرجندي توزيع شد. براي گرداوري داده­ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد كه پايايي پرسشنامه امنيت اجتماعي و شيوه­هاي ارتقاء مشاركت مردمي در اين پژوهش به ترتيب 0.934، 0.924است. روايي واگرا و همگراي پرسشنامه­ها نيز مطلوب بود. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده­ها از شاخص­هاي توصيفي و آزمون تي با كمك نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. بر اساس نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش شهر بيرجند از لحاظ امنيت اجتماعي و مشاركت شهروندان در وضعيت متوسط رو به بالا قرار دارد.

The stability and stability of security can only be achieved through its institutionalization in a society and a sense of participation and public responsibility for social security. In today's world, the issue of security and prevention of theft through the development of public participation is very important. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the situation of public participation and social security in Birjand. This research is a descriptive research in terms of nature and method and an applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population in this study includes citizens over 20 years of age in Birjand, whose number is 83550 people. According to the statistical population, the sample size using Morgan's table is 384 people. Sampling method in this study is non-probability sampling and the type of sampling is available that for this purpose a questionnaire was distributed electronically among the citizens of Birjand. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. The reliability of the social security questionnaire and the methods of promoting public participation in this study are 0.934 and 0.924, respectively. The divergent and convergent validity of the questionnaires was also desirable. Descriptive indicators and t-test were used to analyze the data using SPSS software. According to the results of this study, the city of Birjand is in an average upward position in terms of social security and citizen participation.
