Organizing the Concept of Political Violence on the Basis of Legitimacy by Focusing on the Views of Habermas and Weber

خشونت سياسي به مثابه ريشه اصلي مسائلي مانند تروريسم و درگيري هاي خشونت بار در جهان محسوب مي شود. از اين رو مقاله حاضر بدنبال پرداختن به اين هدف است كه چگونه خشونت سياسي بر محوريت مشروعيت سامان مي يابد. همچنين طي اين پژوهش سؤالاتي به عنوان دلمشغولي نگارنده مطرح مي­شود؛ مشروعيت به چه صورتي به چالش كشيده شده است؟ تحت چه شرايطي مشروعيت به دولت­ها يا گروه هاي تروريستي نسبت داده مي­شود؟ چه چيزي سبب مشروعيت­بخشي به آنها خواهد شد؟ در حقيقت فرضيه اين مقاله بر اين اساس استوار است كه امروزه خشونت سياسي بيشتر حول مسئله مشروعيت سامان مي­يابد. در اين راستا مقدمتاً ديدگاه­هاي ماكس وبر در خصوص مباني اجتماعي و روانشناختي مشروعيت پرداخته مي­شود و در وهله­ي بعد تمركز اصلي مقاله به ارزيابي ديدگاه­هاي هابرماس در خصوص نسبت بين خشونت سياسي و مشروعيت معطوف شده است. روش تحقيق: در اين پژوهش با توجه به ماهيت و نوع موضوع مورد مطالعه، پس از فيش­برداري مطالب، از طريق بررسي داده هاي اسنادي، كتابخانه اي و اينترنتي، براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده، تحليل استنباطي صورت گرفته است. يافته ها و نتيجه گيري: نهايتاً جمع بندي آراء و تحليل، اين موضوع را خاطر نشان ساخته كه مشروعيت، عليرغم ناسازگاري‌ها و تناقض‌هايش، شايستگي مطرح شدن به عنوان يكي از معدود منابع و مراجعي كه امروز علت العلل بروز درگيري و منازعات متعدد موجود ميان دولت‌ها و سازمان‌هاي تروريستي ارائه نمود، دارد.

Political violence is considered as the root cause of issues such as terrorism and violent conflicts in the world. Therefore, the present article seeks to address the goal of how political violence is based on legitimacy. Also, during this research, questions are raised as the author's preoccupation; How has legitimacy been challenged? Under what circumstances is legitimacy attributed to governments or terrorist groups? What will legitimize them? In fact, the hypothesis of this article is based on the fact that today more political violence revolves around the issue of legitimacy. In this regard, first Max Weber's views on the social and psychological foundations of legitimacy are discussed, and then the main focus of the article is to evaluate Habermas's views on the relationship between political violence and legitimacy. Methods: In this study, according to the nature and type of the subject under study, after filing the content, inferential analysis was performed by analyzing the documentary, library and Internet data to analyze the collected data. Findings and Conclusion: Finally, the summary of opinions and analysis has pointed out that legitimacy, despite its inconsistencies and contradictions, deserves to be considered as one of the few sources and authorities that today are the cause of many conflicts and disputes between governments. an‎d presented terrorist organizations.
