اين مقاله تحت عنوان، عوامل موثر بر وقوع قتل عمد در استان خراسان جنوبي نام گرفته است. هدف اين مقاله بررسي و شناخت عوامل تأثيرگذار بر وقوع قتل عمد و ارائه پيشنهادهاي مقتضي جهت نيل به بهبود روش هاست و نيز نتايج و يافته هاي اين مقاله راهكارهاي مناسبي براي نيل به موفقيت در شناسايي عوامل وقوع قتل عمد و كشف اصولي، محكمه پسند و سريع تر پرونده هاي قتل را به مسئولان رده هاي سازماني و برون سازماني و محققان آينده ارائه مي كند. اين مقاله از نظر روش مقاله، توصيفي- تحليلي است. گرد آوري اطلاعات مربوط به مباحث نظري به روش كتابخانه اي و همچنين از روش مطالعات ميداني (مطالعه پرونده هاي قتل و جمع آوري اطلاعات از قضات و ضابطين قضايي) مي باشد. نتايج اين مقاله عبارت است از: تاثير روابط نامشروع در وقوع قتل عمد، تأثير اعتياد به مواد مخدر در وقوع قتل عمد، تأثير خشونت و خشم لحظه اي در وقوع قتل عمد، به ترتيب اولويت بيش ترين تأثيرگذاري را در وقوع قتل عمد در استان خراسان جنوبي را داشته است.

This article is entitled “Factors affecting the occurrence of premeditated murder in South Khorasan province”. The purpose of this article is to study and identify the factors affecting the occurrence of premeditated murder and to provide appropriate suggestions for improving methods and, also, the results and findings of this article provide appropriate strategies for achieving success in identifying the causes of premeditated murder and discovering principled, court-friendly and faster murder cases to officials at the organizational and extra-organizational levels and future researchers. This article is descriptive-analytical in terms of article method. Gathering information related to theoretical topics by library method as well as field studies method (studying murder cases and collecting information from judges and judicial officers). The results of this article are: the effect of illicit relationships on the occurrence of premeditated murder, the effect of drug addiction on the occurrence of premeditated murder, the effect of violence and momentary anger, respectively, have had the highest effect on the occurrence of premeditated murder in the South Khorasan province.
