چكيده فارسي :
به علت مشكلات اقتصادي سال هاي اخير جرايم خياباني افزايش يافته، كه در اين بين سرقت هاي خشن تلفن همراه افزايش محسوس تري داشته است. يكي از مباحث مهم در اين رابطه، زنجيره تامين گوشي هاي مسروقه است. در اين تحقيق قصد داريم با مصاحبه از اعضاء شبكه سرقت تلفن همراه ديدي كلي رسيده و با شناخت اين زنجيره عوامل تاثير گذار در افزايش سرقت هاي خشن گوشي هاي تلفن همراه را شناسايي و راهكارهايي نيز براي پيشگيري با همكاري ساير نهادها ارائه نمود. تحقيق حاضر كاربردي و از لحاظ روش كيفي مي باشد. با توجه به اينكه عوامل دخيل در شبكه و زنجيره مجرمين اطلاع كاملي از اين روند دارند، 7 نفر از سرشبكه ها، مالخران و تغيير دهندگان سريال گوشي ها و سارقين گوشي هاي تلفن همراه كه توسط عوامل اداره عمليات ويژه پليس آگاهي استان خراسان رضوي در سال 1399دستگير اند، به شيوه نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفته اند. پس از جمع‌آوري اطلاعات، براي تجزيه و تحليل مصاحبه ها و شناسايي مقوله ها از نرم افزار مكس كيو دي آ به صورت سه مرحلۀ كدگذاري باز ، كدگذاري محوري و كدگذاري گزينشي استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد از مهمترين عوامل افزايش سرقت هاي خشن تلفن همراه عدم برخورد مناسب قانوني و برگشت به چرخه جرم مجرمين پس از آزادي از زندان مي باشد. معضل و مشكلات خانوادگي و اجتماعي مانند از هم گسيختگي خانوادگي، طلاق والدين، مشكلات اختلاط مهاجرين با ساكنين حاشيه شهر، عقده هاي اجتماعي نيز از جمله علل زمينه ساز اين گونه جرايم است.

Due to the economic problems of recent years, street crimes have increased significantly. The title dealt with a serious issue. In discussing the prevention of such crimes, the police should not be considered as the sole reference, because if other responsible institutions do not cooperate, police actions will have a short-term effect and criminals with more experience and more organized will return to the crime cycle. One of the most important issues in this regard is the supply chain of stolen phones. In this research, we intend to get an overview by interviewing the members of the mobile phone theft network, and by recognizing this chain, we have identified the effective factors in increasing the violent thefts of mobile phones and provided solutions. The present research is applied in terms of qualitative analysis method. Due to the fact that the agents involved in the network and the chain of criminals are fully aware of this process, 7 network operators, thieves and serial modifiers of mobile phones and cell phone thieves were arrested by the agents of the Special Operations Department of Khorasan Razavi C.I.D. Police in 1399 have been arrested, selected by purposeful sampling and interviewed. After collecting information, Max QDA software was used to analyze the interviews and identify the categories in three stages: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Findings show that one of the most important factors in the increase of violent cell phone thefts is the lack of proper legal action and return to the criminal cycle of criminals after release from prison. Family and social problems such as family breakdown, parental divorce, problems of mixing immigrants with suburban residents, social complexes are also among the underlying causes of such crimes.
