چكيده فارسي :
در ﺧﺎﺗﻤﻪ ﭼﻬﻠﻤﯿﻦ ﺳﺎﻟﮕﺮد اﻧﻘﻼب اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و ﺑﺎ ورود ﺑﻪ دﻫﻪ ﭘﻨﺠﻢ ﭘﯿﺮوزي اﻧﻘﻼب، ﻣﻘﺎم ﻣﻌﻈﻢ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺣﻀﺮت اﻣﺎم ﺧﺎﻣﻨﻪاي )ﻣﺪﻇﻠﻪ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﯽ( در ﺑﯿﺎﻧﯿﻪاي ﻣﻬﻢ و راﻫﺒﺮدي ﺿﻤﻦ ﺑﺮﺷﻤﺮدن دﺳﺘﺎوردﻫﺎي ﺷﮕﺮف ﭼﻬﺎر دﻫﻪ اول اﻧﻘﻼب ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮔﺎم اول، ﺑﻪ ﺑﯿﺎن ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎ و ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﺳﺎلﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺶ رو ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ و ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮﻋﯽ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ راه ﺣﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﺸﻮر را ﺑﺮاي ﻧﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻠﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺮوزي و ﺳﻌﺎدت ﺗﺮﺳﯿﻢ ﻧﻤﻮدهاﻧﺪ. ﻟﺬا، اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪ ﻧﺮم از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﻣﻌﻈﻢ ﻟﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﯿﻪ ﮔﺎم دوم اﻧﻘﻼب اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪ ﻧﺮم از ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪﻫﺎﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ و ﻋﻤﻖ درك از ﭼﯿﺴﺘﯽ و ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ آن، ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ در ﺧﻨﺜﯽ ﺳﺎزي اﻫﺪاف دﺷﻤﻦ را در ﺗﺤﻘﻖ اﻫﺪاف ﺑﯿﺎﻧﯿﻪ ﮔﺎم دوم اﻧﻘﻼب ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺮده و ﺑﻪ ارﺗﻘﺎي اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر ﻣﯽ اﻧﺠﺎﻣﺪ.روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ: اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﻮع، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ؛ ﻟﺬا ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﺸﺎت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺣﻮزه ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪ ﻧﺮم ﻣﻌﻈﻢ ﻟﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا از ﻣﺘﻦ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﯿﻪ ﮔﺎم دوم اﻧﻘﻼب اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج و ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻘﺸﻪ راه در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ره آورد اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ و ﻣﺮوري ﮐﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽﻫﺎي اﺳﻨﺎدي و ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي ﻧﮕﺎﺷﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه، اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﯿﻪ ﮔﺎم دوم اﻧﻘﻼب، ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭼﯿﺴﺘﯽ و ﭼﺮاﯾﯽ ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪات ﻧﺮم، راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪاي و ﺧﻨﺜﯽ ﺳﺎزي آﺛﺎر ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪات ﻧﺮم دﺷﻤﻨﺎن اﻧﻘﻼب در راﺳﺘﺎي ارﺗﻘﺎي ﺿﺮﯾﺐ اﻣﻨﯿﺘﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ-ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ و اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪ ﻧﺮم و درﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺳﻄﻮح راﻫﺒﺮدي، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﺎﮐﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﺑﺎ آن، آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮي و ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺣﻮزه ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪات ﻧﺮم، ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﺧﻨﺜﯽ ﺳﺎزي ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ وﻗﻮع اﯾﻦ ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪات، اﯾﺠﺎد ﻓﻀﺎي ﻣﺸﺘﺮك ذﻫﻨﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻮﻟﯿﺎن و آﺣﺎد ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و ﺗﻼش ﺑﺮاي اﯾﺠﺎد ﻫﻤﺎﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺎ آن ﻫﺎ و ﻧﯿﺰ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮي از ﺷﮑﺎف ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺮدم و ﺣﺎﮐﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﺎ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت ﻣﺆﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
At the end of the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution and entering the 5th decade of the victory of the revolution, the Supreme Leader in an important and strategic statement, while enumerating the tremendous achievements of the first four decades of the revolution under the title of the first step, expressed the most important characteristics and needs of the years They have gone ahead and drawn a roadmap for the country's movement to reach the heights of victory and prosperity. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of explaining the soft threat from the perspective of His Highness, emphasizing the statement of the second step of the revolution.
Methodology:This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of type and practical in terms of purpose, therefore, all statements related to the soft threat of Moazzam Leh have been extracted from the text of the statement of the second step of the revolution through content analysis and used as a road map in this research. The purpose of this conceptual and review article, which was written through documentary and library research, is that, while examining the various aspects of the declaration of the second step of the revolution,
Results: Considering the socio-cultural, political and economic dimensions of soft threat and considering the strategic, intermediate and tactical levels of dealing with it, preparation for preventing and dealing with the field of soft threats requires predicting, identifying and neutralizing the conditions of occurrence of these threats. , creating a common mental space between the trustees and members of the society and trying to create harmony with them and also preventing the gap between the people and the government with effective measures.
