بررسي نقش ناهمگوني شبكه بر قابليت‌هاي شبكه‌اي و عملكرد دانشي شركت‌ها در شبكه‌هاي زيست دارويي كشور

Investigating the Role of Network Heterogeneity on Network Capabilities and Knowledge Performance of Firms in the Biopharmaceutical Networks

شبكه‌‌هاي نوآوري به مجموعه از شركت‌‌ها و نهاد‌‌ها اطلاق مي‌‌گردد كه در كنار هم براي يك هدف مشترك كه همان توسعه دانش و نوآوري مي‌‌باشد، تلاش مي‌‌كنند. اهميت اين شبكه‌‌سازي‌‌ها در حوزه‌‌هاي فناورانه همچون زيست دارو قابل‌توجه مي‌‌باشد. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي نقش ناهمگوني شبكه بر قابليت‌‌هاي شبكه‌‌اي و عملكرد دانشي شركت‌‌ها در شبكه‌‌هاي زيست دارويي مي‌‌باشد. به اين منظور، ضمن شناسايي ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هاي اصلي از طريق مباني نظري و مصاحبه با پانزده خبره حوزه زيست دارويي، براي پاسخگويي به سؤالات پژوهش، نسبت به تدوين مدل اقدام گرديد. به‌منظور بررسي فرضيات پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌‌هاي جمع‌‌آوري شده از تعدادي از شركت‌‌هاي دانش‌‌بنيان زيست دارويي در سراسر كشور با روش مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري و نرم‌افزار Smart Pls مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. با توجه به نتايج به‌دست‌آمده نقش ناهمگوني شبكه بر قابليت‌‌هاي شبكه‌‌اي و عملكرد دانشي شركت‌‌ها در شبكه‌‌ها مورد تائيد قرار گرفت. همچنين يافته‌‌ها نشان داد كه ناهمگوني شبكه از طريق توسعه قابليت شبكه‌‌اي بر عملكرد دانشي شركت‌‌ها نقش مؤثرتري دارد و قابليت‌‌هاي شبكه‌‌اي نقش متغير ميانجي در رابطه بين ناهمگوني دانشي شبكه و عملكرد دانشي شركت‌‌ها در شبكه دارد. بر اين اساس پيشنهاد مي‌‌گردد شركت‌‌ها براي حضور موفق در شبكه‌‌هاي نوآوري در جهت برقراري ارتباط با طيف گسترده‌‌اي از اعضاي شبكه با ماهيت‌‌هاي گوناگون اقدام نمايند و قابليت‌‌هاي شبكه‌‌اي خود را توسعه دهند.

Innovation networks refer to a set of firms and other institutions that work together for a common goal، which is the development of knowledge and innovation. The importance of these networks in technological fields such as biomedicine is significant. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of network heterogeneity on network capabilities and knowledge performance of firms in biopharmaceutical networks. For this purpose، while identifying the main dimensions and components through theoretical foundations and interviewing 15 experts in the field of biopharmaceuticals، to answer the research questions، a model was developed. In order to test the research hypotheses، questionnaires collected from a number of biopharmaceutical knowledge-based companies across the country were analyzed using structural equation modeling and Smart Pls software. According to the obtained results، the role of network heterogeneity on network capabilities and knowledge performance of firms in networks was confirmed. Findings also showed that network heterogeneity has a more effective role on the knowledge performance through the development of network capabilities and network capabilities have a mediating role in the relationship between network knowledge heterogeneity and firm knowledge performance in the network. Accordingly، it is suggested that companies to successfully participate in innovation networks to communicate with a wide range of network members of different natures and develop their network capabilities.
