چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﺪل و رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﮐﺮدن ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش ﺣﯿﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﭘﺎﯾﻮر ﻓﺎ. ﺳﺒﺰوار اﺳﺖ. روش اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﮐﻪ از ﺑﺮآوردﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ درﺳﺖ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﭼﻮﻟﮕﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﭘﺎﯾﻮر ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺳﺒﺰوار ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي آن ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اي ﺑﺎ ﻃﯿﻒ 5 ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪ اي ﻟﯿﮑﺮت آﻣﺎده و ﺑﯿﻦ 112 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪي ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ رواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزه اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﺪل ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ آﻣﻮزش ﺣﯿﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن در وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار دارد و ﺗﻤﺎم ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺮازش ﻣﺪل ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺎوه، در ﻣﯿﺎن اﺑﻌﺎد 4ﮔﺎﻧﻪ آﻣﻮزش ﺣﯿﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﭘﺎﯾﻮر، ﺑﻌﺪ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از آﻣﻮزش دﻫﻨﺪه ﺳﻬﻢ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي در ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ اﺟﺮاي ﮐﻠﺎس ﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش ﺣﯿﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن دارد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن از ﻧﻘﺶ ﭘﺮرﻧﮓ آﻣﻮزش دﻫﻨﺪه دارد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺐ را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اﻧﺘﻘﺎل دﻫﺪ و ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد و ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ آن ﻫﺎ در ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺷﻐﻞ ﺧﻮد ﺷﻮد و ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ راﺣﺘﯽ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺐ را درك و در ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﮐﺎر ﺧﻮد ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮ اﺣﺴﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي رﺗﺒﻪ اول و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از ﺟﻠﺴﻪ آﻣﻮزش رﺗﺒﻪ آﺧﺮ را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داده اﺳﺖ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن از ﺟﻠﺴﺎت آﻣﻮزش در ﺣﺪ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of the current research is to evaluate the model and rank the components of in-service training for Payvar Fa. Sabzevar employees. The method of conducting the current research is descriptive-survey, which uses maximum likelihood estimates with skewness adjustment. The statistical population of the research was the employees of the base of Sabzevar police force command. To measure the research variable and its components, a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale was prepared and this questionnaire was distributed among 112 employees in a simple random manner. The content validity of the questionnaire was evaluated positively by professors and experts, and confirmatory factor analysis was used to confirm the construct validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results of the research showed that the model of the components affecting the in-service training of the employees is in a favorable condition and all the fit indices of the model are suitable. In addition, among the 4 dimensions of in-service training of Payvar employees, the dimension of satisfaction from the trainer has a greater contribution in explaining the implementation of in-service training classes for employees. Therefore, this issue shows the strong role of the trainer, how well he was able to transfer the material to the employees and make them improve and progress in their job field, and the employees can easily understand the material and use it in their work field. Also, the results of Friedman's test indicate that the transfer of learning is the first rank and the satisfaction from the training session is the last rank, and the employees' satisfaction from the training sessions is average.
