چكيده فارسي :
سبك زندگي كليت بي‌همتا و فردي زندگي كه همهٔ فرايندهاي عموم، زندگي، ذيل آن قرار دارد. مجموعه‌اي از طرز تلقي‌ها، ارزش‌ها، شيوه‌هاي رفتار، حالت‌ها و سليقه‌ها در هر چيزي را دربرمي‌گيرد. سبك زندگي روشي است كه فرد در طول زندگي انتخاب كرده و زيربناي آن در خانواده پي‌ريزي مي‌شود كه متأثر از فرهنگ، نژاد، مذهب، وضعيت اقتصادي، اجتماعي، اعتقادات و باورها مي‌باشد. سبك زندگي در قرآن كريم با اوصافي مانند حيات طيبه، شيوهٔ زندگي بايسته، شيوهٔ زندگي فوق‌العاده ارزنده، شيوهٔ زندگي بر مبناي حق‌گرايي، شيوه‌اي زندگي كه يكسره طاعت خداست و زندگي خاصي كه با اسلام يا تسليم توأم است. در اين پژوهش احاديث و روايات (آموزه‌هاي اسلامي) فراواني آمده است كه درخور توجه ويژه‌اي مي‌باشد. درنهايت اينكه زندگي خاصي كه با اسلام يا تسليم توأم باشد به دليل برنامه جامعي كه براي انسان نگاشته بسترساز تفكري درخور شأن است و ولايتمداري انسان را به‌عنوان اشرف مخلوقات متبلور مي‌نمايد.
درواقع انسان در مسير يك آزمون الهي قرارگرفته تا از راهه‌اي گوناگون كدام را برگزيند از دعوت و نداي عقل و نفس و جاذبه دنيا و آخرت و كوشش‌هاي خدايي نفساني به كدام‌يك پاسخ مثبت دهد. با در نظر گرفتن مطالب فوق مي‌توان گفت در اين پژوهش با ارجحيت رفتارهاي مناسب در موقعيت‌هاي مختلف زندگي آشنا مي‌شويم.

Lifestyle is a way that a person chooses during life and its foundation is laid in the family, which is influenced by culture, race, religion, economic and social status, beliefs and convictions.
The way of life in the Holy Qur'an with attributes such as good life, proper way of life, extremely valuable way of life, way of life based on truthfulness, way of life which is completely obedience to God and a special way of life that is accompanied by Islam or submission.
In this research, many hadiths and narrations (Islamic teachings) have been mentioned that deserve special attention.
Finally, a special life that is associated with Islam or surrender, due to the comprehensive plan written for human beings, is a worthy source of thought and crystallizes human guardianship as the Ashraf of creatures.
In fact, man is on the path of a divine test to choose which of the various ways to respond positively to the invitation and call of reason and soul and the attraction of the world and the hereafter and the efforts of the carnal god. Considering the above, we can say that in this study, we get acquainted with the preference of appropriate behaviors in different life situations.
