اﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻫﺮ ﻣﻬﺎﺟﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻓﻮاﯾﺪ و ﻋﺪم ﺳﻮدﻣﻨﺪي ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از اﻗﺪام ﺧﻮد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ و ﭼﻨﺎﻧﭽﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ از ﺧﺴﺎرات وارده ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﺑﻪ اﻗﺪام ﺗﻬﺎﺟﻤﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ ﻣﻠﯽ دﺳﺖ ﻣﯿﺰﻧﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﻠﺢ ج.ا.ا ﺑﺎﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻄﺤﯽ از ﻗﺪرت (ﺳﺨﺖ و ﻧﺮم) دﺳﺖ ﯾﺎﺑﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ دﺷﻤﻨﺎن اﺣﺴﺎس ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ در ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺠﺎوز ﺑﻪ ﺣﺮﯾﻢ ج. ا.ا. ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎ و ﺧﺴﺎرتﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﭙﺮدازﻧﺪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺳﻨﮕﯿﻦﺗﺮ از ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﻗﺪرت در ﻧﻈﺎم ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻞ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﻮع و ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪات ﻋﻠﯿﻪ ج.ا.ا و اراﺋﻪ اﻟﮕﻮي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻗﺪرت ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ در ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ دﻓﺎﻋﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﻠﺢ ج.ا.ا اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و درﺻﺪد ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺳﺆال اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻟﮕﻮي ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻗﺪرت ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﻠﺢ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس اﺳﻨﺎد ﺑﺎﻻدﺳﺘﯽ)ﻗﺮآن ﮐﺮﯾﻢ، ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﺸﺎت ﻣﻘﺎم ﻣﻌﻈﻢ رﻫﺒﺮي )ﻣﺪ ﻇﻠﻪ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﯽ( و ﺳﻨﺪ ﭼﺸﻢ اﻧﺪاز) ﭼﯿﺴﺖ؟ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﮐﺴﺐ ﻗﺪرت ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻞ از اﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻔﺎوﺗﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﭘﯿﺮوي ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ، ﮔﺮﭼﻪ ﻗﺪرت ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎن از ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﻣﻬﻢ ﻗﺪرت ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد، اﻣﺮوز ﺗﺒﻠﻮر ﻗﺪرت در ﺣﻮزهي ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ–اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﺘﺒﻠﻮر اﺳﺖ، ﺟﻨﺲ آن از ﻧﻮع اﻗﻨﺎع و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻮده و اﺑﺰار آن رﺳﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎ و ﻓﻨﺎوريﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ و اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪات ﻋﻠﯿﻪ ج.ا ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﻗﺪرت در ﻧﻈﺎم ﺑﯿﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻞ ﭘﯿﺮوي ﻧﻤﻮده و اﯾﺠﺎد ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ آن ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻗﺪرت ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ اﻣﮑﺎنﭘﺬﯾﺮ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻗﺪرت ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﻠﺢ ﺑﺎ ﺗﮑﯿﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺮدم(دﻓﺎع ﻫﻤﻪ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﻪ)و از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ارﺗﻘﺎء ﻗﺪرت ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ اﻣﮑﺎن ﭘﺬﯾﺮ اﺳﺖ.

The costs and damages they have to pay will be much heavier than the benefits This study aims to identify the nature of power in the international system, as well as the type and nature of threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran and to provide a model of the impact of cultural power in promoting the defense deterrence of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The question is, what is the model for enhancing the deterrent power of the armed forces based on upstream documents (the Holy Quran, the orders of the Supreme Leader) and the vision document? The results show that the acquisition of deterrent power in the new international environment follows different patterns than in the past, although military power is still an important element of deterrent power, today the crystallization of power in the socio-cultural field is crystallized, gender It is of the type of persuasion and satisfaction and its tool is the media and communication and information technologies, so the threats against the Islamic Republic follow the nature of power in the international system and create a deterrent against it by promoting cultural power. Is. The results show that it is possible to improve the deterrent power of the armed forces by relying on the people (comprehensive defense) and by promoting cultural power and spirituality.
