اﻣﺮوزه، ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ و ﻣﺨﺮب اﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﻣﻮادﻣﺨﺪر و روانﮔﺮدان در ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ ﺑﺸﺮي ﺑﺮ ﮐﺴﯽ ﭘﻮﺷﯿﺪه ﻧﯿﺴﺖ، زﯾﺮا اﯾﻦ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ﺷﻮم ﺿﻤﻦ اﯾﻦ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ از ﻧﯿﺮوي ﻓﻌﺎل و ﺧﻼق ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ از اﯾﻔﺎي ﻧﻘﺶ ﺧﻮد در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺑﺎز ﻣﺎﻧﺪ، زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﺎز ارﺗﮑﺎب ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ و ﻣﻌﻀﻼت دﯾﮕﺮي ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺮاي ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺳﻌﯽ ﺷﺪه ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻧﻈﺮي، ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﺨﺎﻃﺮه آﻣﯿﺰ و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ و روﯾﮑﺮدﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮي ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻣﻮادﻣﺨﺪرﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺷﻮد. ﮐﺸﻮر اﯾﺮان ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻨﺪ اﺻﻞ 156 ﻗﺎﻧﻮن اﺳﺎﺳﯽ و ﺑﻨﺪ 8 ﻣﺎده 4 ﻗﺎﻧﻮن ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺟﻤﻬﻮري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﯾﺮان، ﻗﻮه ﻗﻀﺎﺋﯿﻪ و ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻮﻟﯽ ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮي از وﻗﻮع ﺟﺮم ﻣﻌﯿﻦ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺤﺚ اﻧﻮاع ﻣﻮادﻣﺨﺪر و ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮي از آن زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻀﺎﻋﻒ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺪاﻧﯿﻢ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻤﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻓﺮوﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻫﺎ و اﻧﺤﻼل اﺧﻼﻗﯽ دارد. ﺑﻨﺎ ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ، ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﭘﻠﯿﺲ در ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﻧﻮاع ﻣﻮادﻣﺨﺪر و راه ﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮي از آن ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ .ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي- اﺳﻨﺎدي ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه و ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﻪ ﺑﺎ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺟﺰ در ﺳﺎﯾﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻣﯿﺴﺮ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ. و در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ در ﮐﺸﻮر اﯾﺮان ﻧﯿﺰ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺟﻨﺒﻪﻫﺎﯾﯽ از اﻧﻮاع ﻣﻮادﻣﺨﺪر دﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮﯾﺒﺎن اﺳﺖ و ﺑﻬﺎي ﺑﺴﯿﺎر زﯾﺎدي را ﻫﻢ ﺑﺮاي آن ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ و ﻣﯽﭘﺮدازد، اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻨﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت اﻣﺮي ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ.

Today, the negative and destructive role of drug and psychotropic use in human societies is not hidden from anyone, because this ominous phenomenon, while preventing an important part of the active and creative force of society from playing its role in society, paves the way for committing There are other crimes and problems for the society. In this research, using theoretical analysis, we try to pay attention to the risky study and then to the role of strategies and approaches to drug prevention. The judiciary and law enforcement are designated as the bodies in charge of crime prevention. The importance of discussing the types of drugs and their prevention is doubled when we know that this phenomenon has a direct impact on the social structure and the collapse of families and moral dissolution. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of police in identifying types of drugs and ways to prevent it. . Finally, it can be concluded that the identification and analysis of organized crime and the development of appropriate strategies to deal with them is not possible except in the shadow of scientific research. In this regard, in Iran, which deals with aspects of various types of drugs and pays a high price for it, conducting such research is very vital.
