رفتار و منش كاركنان شاغل در نيروهاي مسلح مي­تواند مبين رأفت اسلامي و نشان­ دهنده ­ي اقتدار لازم در مسير رسيدگي به موضوعات و مسايل مرتبط با حوزه ­هاي مختلف امنيت عمومي و اجتماعي باشد. هدف مقاله حاضر، شناسايي مولفه ­ها و شاخص ­هاي كلانتري تراز انقلاب اسلامي در فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان (با نگاهي به بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب) مي­باشد. در اين پژوهش ضمن اتخاذ رويكرد كيفي، روش تحقيق تحليل تماتيك مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است و جامعه آماري شامل تعدادي از فرماندهان و مديران انتظامي در فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان است. براي نمونه­ گيري از روش نمونه ­گيري نظري استفاده شده است. عمده­ترين شاخص­هاي استخراج شده عبارتند از: امنيت مردم­پايه؛ علم­باوري عمل­گرايانه؛ ماموريت برنامه­ دار؛ اخلاق آييني – خود پيرو؛ تحول فضاي انگيزشي. بنابراين، راهكار ساختن پليس و كلانتري انقلابي و اخلاق­مدار كه همزمان نماد انقلاب و امنيت باشد در چند ويژگي مهم خلاصه مي­شود. دينداري و تعهد به اصول اسلام و انقلاب؛ تخصص و علاقه ­مندي به شغل؛ تامين بودن از لحاظ معيشتي و خلوص نيّت در ارايه خدمات اجتماعي به شهروندان.

The behavior and character of the personnel working in the Armed Forces can show Islamic compassion and show the necessary authority in dealing with issues and issues related to various areas of public and social security. The purpose of this article is to identify the components and indicators of the police station at the level of the Islamic Revolution in the Disciplinary Command of Kurdistan Province (by looking at the statement of the second step of the revolution). In this research, while adopting a qualitative approach, the research method of thematic analysis has been used and the statistical population includes a number of commanders and law enforcement managers in the police command of Kurdistan province. Theoretical sampling method was used for sampling. The main extracted indicators are: basic people-security; Pragmatic scientism; Planner mission; Ritual ethics - self-follower; Evolution of motivational space. Therefore, the solution of building a revolutionary and moral police and police station, which is at the same time a symbol of revolution and security, can be summarized in several important features. Religiosity and commitment to the principles of Islam and the revolution; Expertise and interest in the job; Living in terms of livelihood and sincerity in providing social services to citizens.
