تحليلي بر نقش كاركنان وظيفه‌ي انتظامي در تامين امنيت شهروندان استان كردستان

An analysis of the role of law enforcement personnel in ensuring the security of the citizens of Kurdistan Province

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، شناخت نقش سربازان در تامين امنيت شهروندان در استان كردستان است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي موضوع، از روش كتابخانه ­اي و بهره­ مندي از داده ­هاي آرشيوي سعي نموده تا ابزار مختلف تاثيرگذاري سربازان بر ايجاد نظم و امنيت را مورد بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل قرار دهند. جغرافياي مورد مطالعه، استان كردستان است. بررسي­ ها نشان داد كه مولفه ­هايي چون؛ شناخت جايگاه سرباز در نيروهاي مسلح؛ نقش معنويت­ گرايي در سربازان؛ تاثير سربازي بر جوانان؛ افزايش روحيه ايثارگري؛ گسترش و تقويت ارتباط با ديگران؛ تمرين مدارا و بردباري؛ تمرين قناعت­ پيشه ­گي؛ و دستيابي به روحيه نظم و انضباط با سربازي در عرصه­ ي خدمت حاصل مي­شود. حال نتايج حاكي از آن است كه سربازي در استان كردستان، رابطه ­ي مستقيمي با تامين نظم و امنيت توسط سربازان در كنار ديگر نيروهاي كادر دارد. لذا نقش تعيين­ كننده ­ي سربازان در تامين امنيت شهروندان استان كردستان در چهارچوب خدمت در نواحي شهري، برون شهري و مرزهاي استان كردستان نمود پيدا مي­ كند، به طوري كه تحقق راستين آن در گرو بذل توجه به نيازهاي آنان و توجه به دغدغه ­هاي آنان در اين خصوص است.

The purpose of this study is to identify the role of soldiers in ensuring the security of citizens in Kurdistan Province. The present study aimed to investigate the subject, using the library method and using archival data to try and analyze different tools to influence the soldiers in creating order and security. The studied geography is Kurdistan province. Studies have shown that components such as; Recognize the position of soldiers in the Armed Forces; The role of spiritualism in soldiers; The impact of the military on the youth; Increase the spirit of self-sacrifice; Expand and strengthen relationships with others; Practice tolerance; Practicing contentment; an‎d the achievement of the spirit of discipline is achieved with the military in the field of service. Now, the results show that the military in Kurdistan province has a direct relationship with the provision of order and security by soldiers along with other cadre forces. Therefore, the decisive role of soldiers in ensuring the security of the citizens of Kurdistan province in the context of service in urban areas, suburbs and borders of Kurdistan province is reflected, so that its true realization depends on paying attention to their needs and concerns. Theirs is in this regard.
