مطالعه عوامل ژئوپليتيك مؤثر بر كنترل و مراقبت از مرز در شهرستان مريوان

Investigating the Geopolitical Factors Affecting the Border Control and Preservation in the City of Marivan

امنيت پايدار در مرزها نيازمند وجود مؤلفه­ هاي امنيت ساز سرزميني مي­باشد. براي ايجاد نظم پايدار در كشور و خصوصاً مناطق مرزي، نخستين عامل قابل‌ بررسي و تأثيرگذار مؤلفه‌هاي ژئوپليتيكي، به‌عنوان اصلي‌ترين ارزش‌هاي يك كشور بوده كه در واقع بستر تمام درگير‌ي‌ها در مناطق مختلف مي‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي - تحليلي بوده و به شيوه پيمايشي اكتشافي انجام ‌شده است. نمونه آماري در بخش كمي به تعداد 48 نفر و شامل كارشناسان و مطلعين حوزه­هاي مختلف مرز و مرزداري بوده است. نمونه آماري در بخش كيفي نيز شامل كارشناسان و مديران حوزه مرزباني در فرآيند مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته بودند. ابزار گردآوري شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 43 سؤالي با پاسخ‌هاي پنج ‌درجه‌اي بر اساس طيف ليكرت بود. روايي پرسشنامه توسط صاحب‌نظران، كارشناسان و اساتيد محترم مورد تأييد قرار گرفته و پايايي آن به‌ وسيله‌ي ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ برابر 0/961 محاسبه شد. تجزيه ‌و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي در نرم ‌افزار SPSS 22 انجام شد. نتايج حاصل از آمار استنباطي نشان داد كه عوامل ژئوپليتيك متغير (موقعيت جغرافيايي، توپوگرافي، اقتصادي، سياسي و فرهنگي) و ثابت (موقعيت جغرافيايي و توپوگرافي) بر كنترل و مراقبت از مرز در منطقه مريوان تأثير مستقيم داشته و رتبه‌بندي زير معيارهاي عوامل ژئوپليتيك مؤثر بر مأموريت‌هاي مرزي منطقه با استفاده از مدل تحليل سلسله ‌مراتبي (AHP) نشان داد كه از بين زير معيارهاي اصلي، پارامتر سياسي داراي بيشترين درجه و پارامتر فرهنگي داراي كمترين اهميت تعيين گرديد.

Sustainable border security requires the components of territorial security. To create lasting order in the country, especially in the border areas, the first considerable and influential factor is that geopolitical components are as the main values of a country, which, in fact, the bedrock of all conflicts in different regions. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method and has been done by the exploratory survey method. The statistical sample in the quantitative section was 48 of specialists and the known in the City of Marivan. The statistical sample in the qualitative section also included experts and border commanders in the semi-structured interview process. The collection tool included a researcher-made questionnaire of 43 questions based on five-point Likert scale. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and professors and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal to 0.961. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods in SPSS22 software. The results of inferential statistics showed that variable and constant geopolitical factors have a direct effect on the border missions of Mariwan Region Border Regiment and the ranking of sub-criteria of geopolitical factors affecting the border missions of the region was done using hierarchical analysis model (AHP). Among the main sub-criteria, the political parameter with the highest degree and the cultural parameter with the least importance were determined.
