چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮﻟﮕﺮا ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻧﻮآوراﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ از ﺑﯿﻦ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻌﺪاد 200 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار Smart PLS SPSSاﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ آﻣﺎري ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ آن آزﻣﻮن ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮﻟﮕﺮا ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻧﻮآوراﻧﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ 0/784و رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮلﮔﺮا ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻧﻮآوراﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ 0/721ﻣﻮﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ و ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻧﻮآوراﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ 0/475 ﻣﻮﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on innovative environment with variable mediating role of creativity studied by military training center staff. This study is a descriptive-correlational one in terms of purpose and data collection. The statistical population of the study is all military personnel of which 200 were selected using Cochran formula. The required information was collected through a questionnaire and SPSS and Smart PLS software were used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed at both descriptive and inferential levels and analyzed using the statistical tests of the conceptual model of the research and assumptions were tested. The results of data analysis showed that transformational leadership is effective on innovation environment through creativity mediator variable with path coefficient of 0.784 and transformational leadership is effective on innovative environment with path factor of 0.721 and innovative environment is effective on Employee creativity is effective with a path coefficient of 0.475.
