نقش جوانان در گام دوم انقلاب بسيار حياتي و ضروري است و اينك در پست‌هاي مختلف مديريتي و تأمين امنيت ملي و اجتماعي مي‌توان از نيرو‌هاي جوان و انقلابي استفاده كرد و ظرفيت بازدهي اين مشاغل را بسيار بالاتر برد. استفاده از نيرو‌هاي جوان و انقلابي تحول عظيمي در كشور ايجاد مي‌كند و حركت به سمت اجراي آرمان‌ها و اهداف نظام را با شتاب بيشتري همراه خواهد كرد كه در تأمين امنيت ملي و حيات سياسي و معنوي كشور همان ضامن بقاي هر كشور بوده است. نيز تأمين امنيت اجتماعي از وظايف مهم نظام سياسي و دولت به حساب مي‌آيد كه رهبر انقلاب در بيانيه ­ي گام دوم دستاوردهاي انقلاب را تشريح كرده ­اند و جوانان مؤمن ايران اسلامي را مورد خطاب قرار داده ­اند. در اين تحقيق نقش جوانان در تأمين امنيت ملي و اجتماعي بر مبناي بيانيه ­ي گام دوم انقلاب مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است و اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي و مبتني بر روش مطالعات كتابخانه­ اي مي ­باشد؛ بدين ترتيب كه در گردآوري و تدوين اطلاعات و داده­ ها از كتاب­هاي مختلف و مقالات بهره گرفته شده و پس از مطالعه و فيش ­برداري به تحليل اطلاعات پرداخته شده است. يافته ­هاي اين تحقيق نشان مي­دهد عدم استفاده از ظرفيت­ هاي جوانان در كشور راه پيشرفت را طي نخواهد كرد. لزوم استفاده از جوانان در بخش‌هاي مديريتي است كه مديران بر اساس بيانيه­ي گام دوم، مي­ توانند خود را به آن درجه از مديريت برسانند كه ويژگي‌هايي همانند پاكدستي، همراهي با مردم، كار و تلاش و خدمت را در سرلوحه ­ي امور خود قرار داده و در صورت اشتباه آن را قبول كنند و نيز مي­ توان گفت كه چله ­ي دوم انقلاب اسلامي را بايد جوانان بسازند.

The role of the youth in the second step of the revolution is absolutely vital and necessary, and now in various managerial positions and also in ensuring national and social security, young and revolutionary forces can be used and the production capacity of these jobs can be greatly increased. Employing young revolutionary forces will create a great change in the country and will accelerate the movement towards the implementation of the ideals and goals of the system, which has been the guarantor of the survival of any country in ensuring national security and political and spiritual life. Providing social security is also one of the important duties of the political system and the government. The Supreme Leader of the Revolution described the achievements of the revolution in a statement of the second step and addressed the faithful youth of Islamic Iran. In this research, the role of youth in providing national and social security has been studied based on the statement of the second step of the revolution and this research is of descriptive-analytical type and based on the method of library studies; In this way, in collecting and compiling information and data, various books and articles have been used and after studying and filing, the information has been analyzed. The findings of this study show that not using the capacities of young people in the country will not lead to progress. It is necessary to use the youth in the management departments so that the managers, according to the second step statement, can reach the level of management that has characteristics such as chastity, cooperation with people, work and effort and service at the top of their affairs. an‎d accept it in case of mistake, and it can also be said that the second layer of the Islamic Revolution should be made by the youth.
