ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻓﻘﻬﯽ ﻣﻌﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺄوﯾﻞ در ﻗﺮآن

A Jurisprudential Explanation and Analysis of the Meanings of Ta’wil (Hermeneutics) in the Qur’an

ﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿــﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ ﻣﻌﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﺄوﯾﻞ، ﺑﺮ اﺳــﺎس ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺗﻔﺴــﯿﺮي، ﻓﻘﻬﯽ و ﺣﻘﻮﻗﯽ اﺳــﺖ . روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ - ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از آن اﺳــﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ا واژه ﺗﺄوﯾﻞ ﺑﯿﺸــﺘﺮ ﺑﺮﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ از ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻋﻠﻮم ﻗﺮآﻧﯽ، ﺧﺼـﻮﺻـﺎً ﻣﻮﺿـﻮع ﻣﺤﮑﻢ و ﻣﺘﺸـﺎﺑﻪ اﺳـﺖ. اﯾﻦ واژه، ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎي ﺗﻌﺒﯿﺮ، ﺗﺄوﯾﻞ ﺧﻮاب و ﺗﺄوﯾﻞ آﯾﺎت ﻣﺘﺸـﺎﺑﻪ و ﺣﺘﯽ ﻣﺤﮑﻢ، ﯾﮏ ﻣﻌﻨﺎي ﺧﺎص دارد. ﻣﻌﻨﺎي ﺧﺎص اﯾﻦ واژه، ﻓﺮا رﺳـﯿﺪن ﻗﯿﺎﻣﺖ و دﯾﺪن ﻋﺬاب اﻟﻬﯽ در ﻗﯿﺎﻣﺖ اﺳـﺖ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻧﮑﺘﻪ در آﯾﺎت دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻄﺮح ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ

The purpose of the present study is to review the different meanings of Ta’wil (hermeneutics), based on exegetical, jurisprudential, and legal resources. The method of study is descriptive-analytic and the results indicate that the meaning of Ta’wil is mostly derived from discussions in the Qur’anic sciences, especially the subject of Muhkam (established) and Mutashābeh (allegorical). This term, in addition to explanation, dream interpretation, and exegesis of the verses of Mutashābeh and even Muhkam, has a special meaning. The special meaning of this term is the onset of the Doomsday and seeing Godly punishment therein which is also mentioned in some other verses
