چكيده فارسي :
روش: ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان، وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ و وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ راﺑﻄﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد و ﻣﯽﺗﻮان رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ را ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس اﯾﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻧﻤﻮد، ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﯾﮏ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻣﻘﻄﻌﯽ، از ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ داراي ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻼت داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ و دﯾﭙﻠﻢ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 125 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻣﻨﻈﻢ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي رﺿﺎﯾﺘﻤﻨﺪي ﺷﻐﻠﯽ از ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ ﺷﻐﻞ )JDI(، ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ رواﻧﯽ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ )GHQ( و ﺟﻬﺖ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ 16 ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﮐﺘﻞ )PF 16( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. دادهﻫﺎي ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺑﺎ روشﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﮔﺎمﺑﻪﮔﺎم ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻫﺮ ﭼﻪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ آﻧﺎن ﻧﯿﺰ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽﯾﺎﺑﺪ. در ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﻫﺮ ﭼﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻧﻤﺮه اﺿﻄﺮاب ﮐﻤﺘﺮ و ﻗﺪرت رﻫﺒﺮي و ﺗﻮان ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري اﻓﺮاد ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ آﻧﺎن ﻧﯿﺰ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽﯾﺎﺑﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺳﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﺎرﮐﺮد اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻏﺮاﯾﺰ و ﺳﻦ، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﻬﻢ را در ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ دارﻧﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: The job satisfaction of soldiers is very important in the dynamics of military service and its relationship with their psychological and personality status. In this research, the factors affecting the job satisfaction of soldiers in a military unit have been determined. Method: With the hypothesis that there is a relationship between job satisfactions, mental health, personality traits and demographic characteristics of soldiers and job satisfaction of soldiers can be predicted based on these variables, for this aim in a descriptive cross-sectional study, from the community. Statistics include all soldiers with university education and diplomas, 125 people were selected based on regular random sampling method. The Job Description Index (JDI) was used to measure job satisfaction, the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) was used to assess mental health, and the 16-factor Cattle Questionnaire (PF 16) was used to assess personality traits. The obtained data were analyzed by statistical methods of correlation coefficient and stepwise regression analysis. Findings: According to the research findings, if the mental health of soldiers is higher, their job satisfaction will also increase. Regarding the category of personality traits, it was also found that the lower the anxiety score and the higher the leadership power and adaptability of individuals, the higher their job satisfaction. Conclusion: The three factors of social functioning, instinct control and age have the largest share in predicting job satisfaction of conscripts
