زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﮔﺸﺖ ﮐﻼﻧﺘﺮي در ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ از ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ اﺳﺖ. روش: ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ اﻫﺪاف از ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﺳﺎل90 در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﺮم آﺑﺎد اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﻤﻊ آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و داده ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ روش ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﭘﺎﯾﻮر ﭘﻠﯿﺲ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﺮم آﺑﺎد در اﻣﺮ ﮔﺸﺖ زﻧﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ درﮐﻼﻧﺘﺮي ﻫﺎ ﻣﺸﻐﻮل اﻧﺠﺎم وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. از ﺗﻌﺪاد 350ﻧﻔﺮ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 155ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮد آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت: ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺣﺎوي 43ﺳﻮال ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻟﯿﮑﺮت 5ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪ اي وﯾﮏ ﺳﻮال ﺑﺎز ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار spss از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ آزﻣﻮن ﻫﻢ ﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ را در ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. از ﻣﯿﺎن ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻫﺎي رواﻧﺸﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﭼﻮن ) ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﻮدن، اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ آﻣﻮزش ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺤﻮﻻت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ،رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن، ﻋﺎدﻻﻧﻪ ﺑﻮدن در ﯾﺎﻓﺘﯽ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺴﺎوي( ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻘﯿﻪ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ و ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮان اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ .

background & objective : the main purpose of this research is to investigate the organizational factors affecting the empowerment of police officers in law enforcement agencies . ~~~ the method is the nature of this research in terms of objectives of the applied type . the statistical population of this research includes all police officers of naja police who are doing duty in the city of faisalabad to patrol law enforcement patrols . according to krejcie and morgan table , the statistical population was selected as statistical sample based on krejcie and morgan table . data gathering tool was a researcher - made questionnaire containing questions based on likert scale and one question was open question that after confirming its validity was distributed among the statistical sample and then gathered and analyzed by using spss software through the test . ~~~ the results show that psychological factors affect the empowerment of employees . among psychological alternatives , factors such as ( effectiveness , job security , personnel training appropriate to social changes , proper behavior of managers and employees ) are more important than others .
