بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر وقوع سرقت و پيشگيري وضعي از آن (مطالعه موردي: شهرستان رومشكان)

Investigating the factors affecting the occurrence of theft and preventing it (Case study: Romeshkan city)

سرقت پديده‌اي است كه امنيت مالي و جاني افراد را تهديد مي‌كند و به احساس امنيت عمومي، آرامش ذهني و سلامت افراد آسيب وارد مي‌نمايد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر وقوع سرقت و پيشگيري وضعي از آن در شهرستان رومشكان انجام شده است. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش از نظر نوع، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيتي علي- مقايسه‌اي است. يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق كه برآمده از فرضيات آن است كه گوياي آن هستند پديده سرقت ناشي از متغيرهاي پايگاه اقتصادي- اجتماعي است. توجه به مباحث فقر و بيكاري به عنوان پايه و اساس مي‌تواند تأثير بسزايي در كاهش جرم سرقت داشته باشد. از طرفي مسائل اجتماعي از جمله آشفتگي‌هاي خانوادگي، اعتياد، گروه همسالان و عوامل محيطي مي‌تواند سبب تشديد گرايش به سرقت شده و بايد بيش از پيش مورد توجه مسئولين امر قرار بگيرد. سرقت جرمي مهم و پرتعداد عليه مالكيت است و قدمتي به بلنداي تاريخ مالكيت بر اموال دارد. از گذشته‌ها به علت افزايش تبعيض‌هاي طبقاتي و نبود عدالت اجتماعي و فقر در جوامع بشري شايع شده و هنوز هم وجود دارد. سرقت يكي از جرائم پرتكرار و از معضلات مهم جامعه است كه از طرفي فراواني ارتكاب آن به نوعي اقتدار و حاكميت حكومت مركزي را خدشه‌دار مي‌كند و از طرفي خسارت‌هاي فراواني را براي بزه ديده به وجود مي‌آورد.

Theft is a phenomenon that threatens the financial and personal security of individuals and damages the sense of public security, peace of mind and health of individuals. The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the occurrence of theft and its prevention in Romeshkan city. The research method in this research is applied in terms of type and causal-comparative in nature. The findings of this study, which are based on the hypotheses that indicate that the phenomenon of theft is due to the variables of socio-economic status. Paying attention to the issues of poverty and unemployment as a basis can have a significant impact on reducing the crime of theft. On the other hand, social issues such as family turmoil, addiction, peer group and environmental factors can intensify the tendency to steal and should be given more attention by the authorities. Theft is an important and numerous crime against property and has a long history of property ownership. It has been and still is prevalent in human societies in the past due to increasing class discrimination and lack of social justice and poverty. Theft is one of the most recurring crimes and one of the most important problems of the society.
