The Russian Demography Problem and the Armed Forcee Trends and Challenges Until 2035

ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان »ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ روﺳﯿﻪ و ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﻠﺢ )ﮔﺮاﯾﺶﻫﺎ و ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎ ﺗﺎ ﺳﺎل 2035(« اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺳﻮﯾﻨﺎرﻧﮑﻒ در ﺳﺎل 2016 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﻣﺴﺘﺨﺮج از اﯾﻦ ﮔﺰارش ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻗﺴﻤﺖ اول آن در ﺷﻤﺎره ﻗﺒﻞ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻧﺸﺮﯾﻪ )زﻣﺴﺘﺎن 1398( ﺑﻪ ﭼﺎپ رﺳﯿﺪ و ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻨﺎوﯾﻦ: ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ؛ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﻠﺢ؛ اﻟﮕﻮي ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺳﻦ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام؛ »روﯾﮑﺮد ﻧﻮ« ﺑﻪ اﺻﻼﺣﺎت ارﺗﺶ و ﭼﺎﻟﺶ اﺳﺘﺨﺪام؛ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ ﻣﺠﺪد آﻣﻮزش ﭘﯿﺶ از ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي و ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻗﺮاردادي؛ دوﺑﺎره آﻣﻮزش ﭘﯿﺶ از ﺳﻮﯾﻨﺎرﻧﮑﻒﺧﺪﻣﺖ؛ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻏﯿﺮﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ؛ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻗﺮاردادي؛ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ذﺧﯿﺮه؛ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖﮔﺬاري ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد آﯾﻨﺪه ارﺗﺶ و اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻣﻮزش وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ؛ آﻣﻮزش وﻃﻦﭘﺮﺳﺘﯽ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ اﯾﺪﺋﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ ﺑﺮاي ﻓﺮاﺧﻮان ﻣﺮدﻣﯽ؛ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﺷﻤﺎره، ﻗﺴﻤﺖ دوم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻨﺎوﯾﻦ: ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺻﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﯽﮔﺬارﻧﺪ؛ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در روﺳﯿﻪ: وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ؛ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ورود ﺑﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ و ﭘﺲ از آن؛ ﺑﺰﻫﮑﺎري و ﺳﻮءﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﻣﺨﺪر در ﻣﯿﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن؛ ﻧﮕﺮش ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﻠﺢ؛ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﺷﻤﺎره ﺑﻌﺪي )ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن 1399( ﺑﻪ ﭼﺎپ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ رﺳﯿﺪ. ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﮐﺎﻣﻞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﻗﺴﻤﺖ اول )ﺷﻤﺎره ﭘﯿﺸﯿﻦ( ﻣﻨﺘﺸﺮ ﺷﺪ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ در ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﺳﻮم )ﺷﻤﺎره آﺗﯽ( ﻣﻨﺘﺸﺮ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ

The present study is entitled " The Russian Demography Problem and The Armed Forcee Trends and Challenges Until 2035" conducted by Arseniy Svynarenko in 2016. The contents of this research report have been compiled in three parts. The first part of it was published in the previous issue of the same magazine (winter 1398) and includes titles: Introduction; The demography challenge from the viewpoint of the armed forces; The changing pattern of the recruitment age population ; The “New Look” army reform and the recruitment problem ; The reorganization of pre-draft training and the system of contractemployed soldiers; Policies aimed to improve image of the army and effectiveness of military training; Patriotic education as an ideological resource for mobilization; have been. In this issue, the second part of the research is presented, which includes the following topics:The main factors affecting the quality of conscripts; the quality of life and societal change in Russia: general situation; The health of conscripts upon entering service and thereafter; Criminality and drug abuse among young people; Young people’s attitudes towards the armed forces. The last part of this research will be published in the next issue (Summer 1399). The full abstract of this research was published in the first part (previous issue) and the final conclusion will be published in the third part (future issue).
