Corporate Governance, Investment and Business Growth in Companies Listed on Tehran Stock Exchange

در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي ارتباط بين سطح حاكميت شركتي با سطح سرمايه گذاري و نرخ رشد شركت ها پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليه شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در دوره زماني 5 ساله بين سال هاي 1394 الي 1398 بود كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري حذف سيستماتيك، تعداد 174 شركت (در مجموع 870 سال-شركت) به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب و مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي با طراحي پس رويدادي و از نظر روش استنتاج از جمله پژوهش هاي توصيفي – استقرايي مي باشد كه براي تحليل فرضيه ها از مدل هاي رگرسيوني چندمتغيره با استفاده از نرم افزار Eviews8 بهره گرفته شد. نتايج بررسي مدل هاي رگرسيوني نشان مي دهد سطح حاكميت شركتي داراي ارتباط معناداري با سطح سرمايه گذاري و نرخ رشد توليد ناخالص داخلي كشور مي باشد. اما در مورد شاخص هاي در نظر گرفته شده براي حاكميت شركتي نتايج متفاوتي به دست آمد.

The present studyinvestigated the relationship between the level of corporate governance with the level of investment and the growth rate of companies. The statistical population of the present study includs all companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange in a 5 year - period during 2015 to 2019. Using systematic removal sampling method, a total of 174 companies (including a total of 870 years-companies) selected and analyzed as the statistical sample. The present study is applied in terms of purpose with post-event design and a descriptive-inductive study in terms of inference method. Multivariate regression models were used to analyze the research hypotheses using Eviews8 software. The results of regression models show that the level of corporate governance has a significant relationship with the level of investment and the growth rate of GDP. Howeverit is needed to mention that different results were obtained for the indicators intended for corporate governance.
