چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي و ورود ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان، ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮات اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ- ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و زﯾﺴﺖﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻧﺪه ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮ ﺑﻪ وﺟﻮد ﻣﯽآورد. آﺛﺎر اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ- ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي در ﻫﺮ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻤﺎر ﻣﯽروﻧﺪ و از ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻌﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اي ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺑﺪون آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺟﺎذﺑﻪﻫﺎي ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺑﺎغﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺑﺎغﻫﺎي اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎغ ﺑﯿﮕﻠﺮﺑﯿﮕﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﺳﻨﺎد، ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل آن اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻧﻘﺎط ﻗﻮت، ﺿﻌﻒ، ﻓﺮﺻﺖﻫﺎ و ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪﻫﺎي ﺑﺎغ ﺑﯿﮕﻠﺮﺑﯿﮕﯽ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن و اراﺋﻪ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ و راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ، در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﮑﺎن ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ و ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺎﻧﯽ در اﺑﻌﺎد ) اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ- اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، زﯾﺴﺖﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ( ﮔﺎم ﺑﺮدارد. از ﻫﻤﯿﻦ رو، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ و از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن و ادﺑﯿﺎت ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻧﻘﺎط ﺿﻌﻒ، ﻗﻮت، ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪ و ﻓﺮﺻﺖﻫﺎ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪاي ﻣﯿﺎن ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان و ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﻣﯿﺰان اﻫﻤﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ. در آﺧﺮ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ و ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺑﺎغ ﺑﯿﮕﻠﺮﺑﯿﮕﯽ ) ﻓﺘﺢآﺑﺎد( ﮐﺮﻣﺎن در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ- ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و زﯾﺴﺖﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺴﺰاﯾﯽ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ داﺷﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ، ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖﻫﺎ و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪيﻫﺎي زﯾﺎدي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﭘﺪﯾﺪهي ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ و ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار دارد، را داراﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪﮔﺬاري دوﻟﺖ و ﯾﺎ اراﺋﻪ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻼت ﺟﻬﺖ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪﮔﺬاري ﺑﺨﺶ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯽ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ اﯾﺠﺎد ﺗﺄﺳﯿﺴﺎت و ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات و ﺟﺎذﺑﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﮑﻤﻞ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ، ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان زﯾﺎدي را ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮي ﺧﻮد ﺟﺬب ﮐﻨﺪ و ﮔﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﮐﺸﻮر ﺑﺮدارد.

Today, the development of tourism and the arrival of tourists creates countless economic, socio-cultural and environmental impacts on tourism destinations. Socio-cultural effects of tourism are among the most important considerations of tourism development in each region. Tourism is one of the industries that, in addition to social and cultural interests, it contributes to the development of the country's economy pollution. In fact, tourism creates sustainable development.
Gardens are one of the tourism attractions. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the proportions of the development in Iranian gardens, and as a case study, Biglar Beygi has been selected.
This research, by studying the elements and documents, seeks to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Biglar Beygi Garden in Kerman besides providing specific development strategies for such historical and ancient place by considering four extents: Economical, cultural, social, and environmental.
Therefore, using descriptive-analytical method, through interviewing experts, tourists and tourism staff as well as research on the literature has been completed and identified the importance of each factors.
Finally, the results showed that the development of the historical and tourism area of Kerman's Biglar Beygi (Fath Abad) Garden will have a significant impact on the economic, social, cultural and environmental development. This place also has many capabilities and potentials as a historical phenomenon and ancient tourism attraction that can attract numerous tourists and take an effective step in the development of tourism in the country. By investing through state or providing facilities and share for private investments, we can provide an exclusive and complementary attraction in this complex.
