چكيده فارسي :
ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﭘﺮوژه ﯾﮏ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼﻪ اﺳﺖ؛ﮐﻪ ﻫﺪف آن ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﺟﺮﯾﺎنﻫﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ و ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ارﮐﺎن و اﺟﺰاء ﭘﺮوژه ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺴﺮﯾﻊ در اﻣﻮر ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان، دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت دﻗﯿﻖ، ﺻﺤﯿﺢ و ﺑﺮوز ﭘﺮوژهﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻋﻠﯽرﻏﻢ اﺷﺘﺒﺎﻫﺎت راﯾﺞ در ﺣﻘﯿﻘﺖ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ ﭘﺮوژه ﯾﮑﯽ از زﯾﺮ ﺑﺨﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﭘﺮوژه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر وﺳﯿﻊﺗﺮ و ﻋﻤﯿﻖﺗﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﭘﺮوژه ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﯽ ارزش و اوﻟﻮﯾﺖﺑﻨﺪي اﺑﻌﺎد ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺒﯽ ﻓﺎزي اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ را 15 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ارﺷﺪ ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺷﻬﺮداري ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ 5 ﺗﻬﺮان ﮐﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻤﺎً در ﭘﺮوژه ﻧﻘﺶ اﯾﻔﺎ ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ، ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺮور ﻣﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﻈﺮي و ﭘﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 9 ﺑﻌﺪ و 38 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺒﯽ ﻓﺎزي ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ﺑﻌﺪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي رﺗﺒﻪي اول و اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺳﻨﺎد؛ ﭼﺮﺧﻪ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﮐﺎر؛ ﺑﻮدﺟﻪﺑﻨﺪي؛ اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد؛ ﮔﺰارشدﻫﯽ؛ ﺗﺜﺒﯿﺖ ﺧﻂ ﻣﺒﻨﺎ؛ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﺎﻻ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ رﺗﺒﻪ ﻫﺎي دوم ﺗﺎ ﻧﻬﻢ را ﮐﺴﺐ ﻧﻤﻮدﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Project Management Information System (PMIS) is an integrated system purpose is to facilitate information and communication flows between project components and components and to expedite managers' decision-making, they have access to accurate, and up-to-date project information. In spite of common mistakes, in fact the project information systems category is one of the sub-divisions of project information management which is a much broader and deeper topic. The purpose of the present study is to identify dimensions and indicators to evaluate and improve the performance of project management information systems using value engineering and dimension prioritization with the fuzzy hierarchical analysis process approach. The population and statistical sample of study consist of 15 senior managers and experts of Information Technology Municipality of Tehran District 5 who are directly involved in the project. After reviewing were identified the theoretical and background of the study, 9 dimensions and 38 indicators. The results of the fuzzy hierarchical analysis showed that Ranked first order planning and document management dimensions; task validation cycle; budgeting; performance measurement; reporting; baseline consolidation; product management and cost management. second to ninth, respectively.
