چكيده فارسي :
ﺻﺮﻓﻪ ﺟﻮﯾﯽ در ﻣﺼﺮف اﻧﺮژي و رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮاي ﺻﺮﻓﻪ ﺟﻮﯾﯽ در اﻧﺮژي، ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎﻟﻬﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻣﻬﻢ و ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﻫﻤﯿﺖ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع را ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﮕﺮاﻧﯽ ﻫﺎ و ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺴﯿﺎر درﺑﺎره ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﺼﺮف آن، درك ﮐﺮد. ﻟﺬا در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎن اداري 4 ﻃﺒﻘﻪ در ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار دﯾﺰاﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻠﺪر ﺷﺒﯿﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪ و ﻣﺼﺮف ﺑﺎرﻫﺎي ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﺶ وﮔﺮﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻃﯽ ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎل ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬاري ﭼﻮن ﮐﺎﻫﺶ دﻣﺎي ﻃﺮح داﺧﻞ از 24 درﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ 20 درﺟﻪ، ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻧﻮع ﭘﻨﺠﺮه از ﭘﻨﺠﺮه ﺳﻪ ﺟﺪاره ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎي ﭘﻨﺠﺮه دو ﺟﺪاره و اﻓﺰودن ﻋﺎﯾﻖ ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ رول ﭘﺸﻢ ﺳﻨﮓ ﺑﻪ ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ 5 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯿﻤﺘﺮ، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ 730 و ﭼﮕﺎﻟﯽ 80 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮﻣﮑﻌﺐ ﺑﺮ روي دﯾﻮار ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﺼﺮف اﻧﺮژي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ و از اﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن ﮐﺎرآﯾﯽ ﻋﺎﯾﻖ ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺧﺎص ﻣﻮرد ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.
ﺳﻮال اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻋﺒﺎرﺗﺴﺖ از اﯾﻨﮑﻪ دﯾﻮارﻫﺎي ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎن ﭼﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان در ﻫﺪررﻓﺖ اﻧﺮژي ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ؟ ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺟﺪاره ﻫﺎي ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎن از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﺎرآﯾﯽ ﻋﺎﯾﻖ ﺣﺮارﺗﯽ در ﻓﺼﻞ زﻣﺴﺘﺎن در ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎن اداري در اﻗﻠﯿﻢ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان و در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰاري ﻣﯿﺰان اﺗﻼف اﻧﺮژي ﻗﺒﻞ از ﺳﺎﺧﺖ و اﻋﻤﺎل آن در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اﺟﺮاي ﭘﺮوژه ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻋﻠّﯽ- آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺑﺘﺪا در ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ دﺧﻞ و ﺗﺼﺮف ﮐﺮده و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮات آن در ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﻣﯽ ﭘﺮدازد.
چكيده لاتين :
Saving energy and achieving effective energy saving solutions has become one of the most important issues in recent years. The importance of this issue can be understood in light of the worries and many recommendations for reducing it. Therefore, in this paper, a 4-storey office building in Tehran was simulated with the use of Design Builder software and the consumption of cooling and heating loads was calculated over a year. The three-chamber window was replaced by a double-chamber window and the addition of thermal insulation of 5 cm thick rock wool, heat transfer coefficient 730 and a density of 80 kg / m 3 on the wall to reduce energy consumption, and in particular, the efficiency of thermal insulation, Was studied. The main question is, to what extent are the exterior walls of the building effective in energy loss? The purpose of this study was to evaluate the external wall condition of a building in terms of thermal insulation efficiency in an office building in Tehran in winter and thus to evaluate the pre-construction energy loss and its application during the project implementation. This paper first investigates and captures the variables through the causal-experimental correlation research method and then observes its effects on the dependent variables.
