ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﻟﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﺎوﺟﻮد داﺷﺘﻦ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻋﻼﻗﻪﻣﻨﺪ و ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻻﯾﻖ و دﻟﺴﻮز ﺗﺎﮐﻨﻮن ﻧﺘﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻪ وﻇﺎﯾﻒ ﻣﺤﻮﻟﻪ را ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎي ﮐﺎري ﺗﻄﺒﯿﻖ داده و ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﻋﺎﻟﯿﻪ ﻣﻮردﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺮﺳﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ روﺣﯿﻪ ﮐﺎري ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻟﺮﺳﺘﺎن و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات آن )در ﺳﺎل 1392( ﺑﻪﻋﻤﻞ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ.
روش: اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس روش، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﺗﺎﮐﻤﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد 212 ﻧﻔﺮ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻌﺎدل ﯾﮏدﻫﻢ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺎدر ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ و اﺑﺰار ﻣﻮرداﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ، اﺳﻨﺎد و ﻣﺪارك و ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و ﺻﺎﺣﺐﻧﻈﺮان ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ ﺑﺮاي آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از روش آزﻣﻮن ﺧﯽدو ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: از ﻣﺠﻤﻮع اﻓﺮاد ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮردﺑﺮرﺳﯽ )212 ﻧﻔﺮ( ﺣﺪود 92/5 درﺻﺪ آﻧﺎن ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﻣﺎدي ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان را )ﺣﻘﻮق، ﻣﺰاﯾﺎ، ﺗﺸﻮﯾﻖ و...( ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ روﺣﯿﻪ ﮐﺎري داﻧﺴﺘﻪ و 70 درﺻﺪ اﻋﺘﻘﺎد دارﻧﺪ »ﺗﻔﻮﯾﺾ اﺧﺘﯿﺎر ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ« در ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺳﻄﻮح ﮐﺎري روﺣﯿﻪ ﮐﺎري ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان را ﺑﺎﻻ ﻣﯽﺑﺮد. 86/8 درﺻﺪ ﺿﻌﯿﻒ ﺷﺪن روﺣﯿﻪ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان را ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از ﺿﻌﯿﻒ ﺑﻮدن ﺷﺨﺺ ﻣﺎﻓﻮق ﻣﯽداﻧﻨﺪ و 87/2 درﺻﺪ آﻧﺎن اﻋﺘﻘﺎدﺷﺎن ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت رﻓﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ ﻏﺬا، ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎه ورزﺷﯽ، اﺳﺘﺨﺮ و ﻏﯿﺮه در ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ روﺣﯿﻪ ﮐﺎري ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. 85/5 درﺻﺪ اﺷﺎﻋﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺗﻤﻠﻖﮔﻮﯾﯽ و ﭼﺎﭘﻠﻮﺳﯽ را در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺿﻌﯿﻒ ﺷﺪن روﺣﯿﻪ ﮐﺎري ﻣﯽداﻧﻨﺪ. 88/7 درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﺘﻘﺪﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﯾﺎري روﺣﯿﻪ ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﻓﺮد ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ وﻇﺎﯾﻒ ﺧﻮد را ﺑﺎ ﺷﻮق، اﻧﻀﺒﺎط و ﻧﯿﺮوي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي اﻧﺠﺎم دﻫﺪ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺪﯾﻬﯽ اﺳﺖ ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻧﻤﻮدن زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻪ وﺟﻮد آوردن روﺣﯿﻪ ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ اﯾﻦ ﻧﯿﺮو را ﺑﻪﺳﻮي اﻫﺪاف ﻣﻮردﻧﻈﺮ ﺳﻮق داده و ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﻨﺰل ﻣﻘﺼﻮد ﺑﺮﺳﺎﻧﺪ
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: It seems that Lorestan police force, despite having interested managers and competent and compassionate soldiers, has not been able to comply with the assigned work standards and achieve the desired high goals. The aim of this study was to investigate the the morale of the lorestan police soldiers and the factors affecting its changes (in 2013(.
Method: This research is applied based on purpose and descriptive-inferential based on method. The sample size in this study is 212 people based on the Takman table, which is equivalent to the eleventh mother population and by random sampling method and tools used to collect data, questionnaire, library, documents and interviews with some experts. For test the research hypotheses, the Khido test method was obtained using SPSS software.
Findings: Out of the total sample of people surveyed (212 people), about 92.5% of them considered the provision of material needs of soldiers (salaries, benefits, encouragement, etc.) as increasing work morale and 70% believe that "delegation of responsibility" "It raises the morale of soldiers at all levels of work." 86.8% believe that the weakening of soldiers' morale is due to the weakness of their superiors, and 87.2% of them believe that appropriate amenities such as food, sports club, swimming pool, etc. are effective in strengthening the work morale. 85.5% consider the spread of the culture of flattery in the service environment to weaken the morale. 88.7% believe that with the help of high morale, a person can perform his duties with more enthusiasm, discipline and strength.
Conclusion: It is obvious that providing a suitable background obtained in this research to create high morale can lead this force to the desired goals and bring it to its destination.
