چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﺑﻬﺮهوري، ﺣﺎﺻﻞﺟﻤﻊ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ و ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﺷﺪه و اﻣﺮوزه از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪون ﺑﻬﺮهوري اداﻣﻪ ﺣﯿﺎت واﻗﻌﯽ و ﺷﺮﮐﺖ در ﻣﯿﺪان رﻗﺎﺑﺖ ﺑﺮاي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﯽﻣﻌﻨﺎﺳﺖ. ﯾﮑﯽ از اﻟﺰاﻣﺎت اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﺑﻬﺮهوري، ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﻣﺆﺛﺮ درارﺗﻘﺎي ﺑﻬﺮهوري ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان در ﻧﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﻠﺢ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ در دو زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺷﮑﻠﯽ و ﻣﺎﻫﻮي در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.
روش: اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﺣﯿﺚ روش، ﮐﻤﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ و ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﮐﺎر ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ روانﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان و اﺻﻮل ﺗﻬﯿﻪ راﻫﺒﺮد ﺷﺮوع ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﻌﺪاد 40 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺳﺮﺑﺎز در ﺣﯿﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪوﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﯾﮏ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ از ﻧﻮع ﻃﯿﻒ ﻟﯿﮑﺮت ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 12 ﺳﺆال ﮐﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ و ﭘﺎﺳﺨﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﻫﻤﮕﯽ اﻋﻀﺎء، ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺻﻮري ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎن و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار spss، 81% ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻫﺮ ﭼﻬﺎر ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ و درﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﻫﺮدو ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ؛ ﯾﻌﻨﯽ ﺑﺎ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﺷﮑﻠﯽ و ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺘﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﻬﺮهوري ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان را ارﺗﻘﺎء داد.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ازآﻧﺠﺎﯾﯽﮐﻪ ﻧﻮع رﻧﮓ ﻟﺒﺎس و ﮐﻮﺗﺎه ﻧﮑﺮدن ﻣﻮي ﺳﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه را ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آوردﻧﺪ ﺑﻪﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽرﺳﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ راﻫﺒﺮد ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ در وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻇﺎﻫﺮي ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺑﻪﺷﺪت از ﺳﻮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﻮردﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Productivity is defined as the sum of effectiveness and efficiency and it is very important today. Without productivity, continuing real life and participating in the competition is meaningless for the organization. One of the basic requirements of productivity is efficient manpower. The purpose of this research is to identify effective strategies to improve the productivity of soldiers in the armed forces and strategies are considered in both formal and substantive areas.
Method: This research is descriptive-survey type and is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of method. The information is obtained in the field and library. Research has begun with the psychology of soldiers and the principles of strategy development. The statistical population of soldiers is the duty of the University of Law Enforcement Sciences and the statistical sample is 40 soldiers who were randomly selected from the mentioned society based on the researcher's opinion. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire of the Likert scale consisting of 12 questions that were distributed among the sample population and answered by all members. The validity of the questionnaire was formally determined by the elites and its reliability was determined 81% using SPSS software.
Findings: All four sub-hypotheses and as a result both main hypotheses were confirmed. That is, with form and nature strategies, the productivity of soldiers can be improved.
Conclusion: Since the type of clothing color and not cutting the hair received the highest score, it seems that determining the strategy based on the change in appearance should be highly considered by the organization.
