شناسايي و رتبه بندي چالش هاي توسعه ورزش رزمي و دفاع شخصي در فرماندهي انتظامي مازندران

زمينه و هدف: نيروي انتظامي به‌دليل مأموريت‌هاي متعددي كه دارد و در برخورد با مجرمان نياز به دستگيري داشته و هم‌چنين درگيري با اشرار و برهم‌زنندگان نظم و امنيت اجتماعي در جامعه نيازمند مهارت‌هاي رزمي و دفاع شخصي است؛ از اين‌رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسايي و رتبه‌بندي چالش‌هاي توسعه ورزش رزمي و دفاع شخصي در فرماندهي انتظامي مازندران است. روش: پژوهش حاضر يك پژوهش توصيفي - تحليلي است كه برحسب نحوه گردآوري داده‌ها، آميخته و ازنظر هدف، كاربردي است. جامعه پژوهش شامل فرماندهان انتظامي، مربيان ورزش‌هاي رزمي، مديران، كارشناسان تربيت‌بدني فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران و رؤساي هيئت ورزش‌هاي رزمي استان مازندران است كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در مرحله اول از طريق تحليل محتواي پژوهش‌هاي انجام‌شده، كدهاي مربوطه استخراج شد و در مرحله دوم پس از مصاحبه با متخصصان، چالش‌ها شناسايي شد. در مرحله اول و دوم، چالش‌هاي شناسايي‌شده در گروه دلفي بررسي شد؛ در اين دو مرحله چالش‌هايي كه حداقل 70 درصد داراي پاسخ مثبت بودند براي مرحله بعد باقي ماندند. در مرحله نهايي رتبه‌بندي چالش‌هاي شناسايي‌شده در دو مرحله قبل با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه پنج گزينه‌اي ليكرت انجام شد و در اين مرحله پرسش‌نامه در بين 384 نفر از جمله فرماندهان انتظامي، مربيان ورزش‌هاي رزمي، مديران، كارشناسان تربيت‌بدني، كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران و رؤساي هيئت ورزش‌هاي رزمي استان مازندران پخش شد. براي روايي محتوايي پرسش‌نامه با 6 تن از اساتيد مديريت ورزشي مشورت شد. براي تجزيه‌و‌تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون فريدمن استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: با توجه به يافته‌هاي پژوهش مي‌توان به‌عنوان ابزار تحليلي پيرامون عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه ورزش رزمي و دفاع شخصي در فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران مبناي عمل قرار گيرد تا به‌گونه‌اي منطقي و اصولي به حل چالش‌هاي اين حوزه و توسعه ورزش رزمي و دفاع شخصي در فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران پرداخت.

Background and Purpose: The police force, due to its various missions and the need to arrest in dealing with criminals, as well as the fight against miscreants and disruptors of social order and security in society, requires combat skills and self-defense; Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and rank the challenges of developing martial arts and self-defense in Mazandaran Disciplinary Command. Methods: The present study is a descriptive-analytical study that is mixed in terms of how data is collected and is applied in terms of purpose. The study population included police commanders, martial arts instructors, managers, physical education experts of Mazandaran Province Disciplinary Command and heads of Mazandaran Province Martial Arts Board who were selected using purposive and available sampling method. In the first stage, by analyzing the content of the research, the relevant codes were extracted and in the second stage, after interviewing experts, the challenges were identified. In the first and second stages, the identified challenges in the Delphi group were examined; In these two stages, challenges that at least 70% had a positive response remained for the next stage. In the final stage, the challenges identified in the previous two stages were ranked using a five-point Likert questionnaire. Findings: According to the research findings, it can be used as an analytical tool on the factors affecting the development of martial arts and self-defense in the police command of Mazandaran province to logically and principally solve the challenges in this area and the development of martial arts and self-defense in the police command.
