بررسي علل اختلافات سياسي پاكستان و حملات اين كشور به افغانستان از منظر حقوق بين الملل و تاثير آن بر امنيت مرزهاي شرقي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

جنگ يكي از واقعيت هاي تلخ و دردناك تاريخ زندگي بشر مي باشد كه همواره انسانها را دچار خطر، وحشت ونابودي نموده است.در حال حاضر وقوع چنين مخاصماتي اجتناب ناپذير است و حيات بشري و كرامت او را بشدت تهديد مينمايد، در اين راستادراين مقاله قصد داريم، وضعيت فعلي كشور پاكستان وپيامد هاي اختلافات داخلي اين كشور وهمچنين حملات انجام شده پاكستان در شرق خاك افغانستان را ازمنظر حقوق بين الملل با تاثير برامنيت منطقه مورد بررسي قراردهيم با وقوع حوادث 11 سپتامر2001 ومتهم شدن بن لادن وطالبان به اين حملات، امريكا رهبري مبارزه عليه تروريست ها را برعهد گرفت وخواستار ائتلاف جهاني بر عليه آن شد. دراين ميان پاكستان نيزبيش از هركشور ديگري مورد توجه امريكا قرار داشت .در جريان اين مبارزات هرچند رژيم طالبان در افغانستان سقوط كرداما فعاليت هاي آنها ادامه يافت به گونه اي كه در شرايط كنوني سرزمين پاكستان نيزاز ناحيه طالبان به شدت نا امن شده است.يافته هاي تحقيق نشان ميدهد با توجه به خروج خفت بار امريكا از افغانستان اين كشور درسدد برهم زدن نظم وامنيت منطقه با ايجاد اختلاف في مابين كشورهاي پاكستان، افغانستان وايران مي باشد.اين تلاش ها به خصوص پس از پر رنگ شدن نقش جمهوري اسلامي ايران درمبارز با تروريسم دركشور هاي سوريه و عراق بيشتر شده است.

The study shows that due to the humiliating withdrawal of the United States from Afghanistan, the country is trying to disrupt regional order and security by creating differences between Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran. These efforts, especially after the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the fight against terrorism. It has increased in Syria and Iraq.
