چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: عاملان آموزشي، شخصيت‌هاي روي صفحه نمايش هستند كه مي‌توانند با ايفاي نقش‌هاي مختلف بر يادگيري يادگيرنده تأثير گذارند و به همين دليل به يكي از مباحث مطرح در رشته فناوري آموزشي تبديل شده و در آموزش علوم مختلف از جمله پزشكي قابل استفاده هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي نقش‌هاي مختلفي كه عاملان آموزشي بر عهده مي‌گيرند و تأثيرشان بر نتايج يادگيري و رفتارهاي يادگيرنده انجام شد.
روش‌ها: اين مطالعه مروري روايتي Narrative Review)) با شناسايي دقيق، منظم و برنامه‌ريزي شده پژوهش‌هاي مرتبط با نقش‌هاي عامل آموزشي و تأثير آن‌ها در طي سال‌هاي 2010 تا 2019 در پايگاه‌هاي Science Direct، Springer، Google Scholar و IEEE Xplore به بررسي آن‌ها پرداخته است. براساس راهبرد جستجو تعداد 126 مقاله به دست آمد و پس از حذف مواردي كه امكان دسترسي به نسخه كامل مقاله نبود و در چكيده آن نيز اطلاعات كامل نيامده بود، و يا به سؤالات اين تحقيق مربوط نبود، تعداد 30 مقاله مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. در انتخاب مقالات تنها مقالات انگليسي كه بر اساس يك پژوهش تجربي نگاشته شده بود مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. براي يافتن مقالات از كليد واژه‌هاي educational agent و pedagogical agent استفاده شده است.
نتايج: يافته‌ها نشان داد كه عاملان آموزشي در موقعيت‌هاي مختلف نقش‌هاي متفاوتي از جمله مربي، متخصص، تسهيل‌كننده، انگيزه دهنده، بازخورد دهنده بر عهده مي‌گيرند.
نتيجه‌گيري: عامل آموزشي با برعهده گرفتن نقش‌هاي متنوع از جمله بازخورد دهنده، مشوق، انگيزه دهنده، تسهيل‌كننده، مربي مي‌تواند تأثير مثبتي بر نتايج يادگيري و همچنين رفتارهاي يادگيرندگان ايجاد كند. به همين دليل براي طراحي محيط‌هاي يادگيري الكترونيكي نياز است از عاملان آموزشي جهت بهبود كيفيت يادگيري استفاده شود.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Educational agents are screen characters who can influence learners’ learning by playing different roles; this way, it has become one of the topics in the field of instructional technology and can be used in teaching various sciences as medicine. This study sought to identify the different roles that educational agents take on and their impact on learning outcomes and learner’s behaviors.
Methods: This study systematically examines the studies related to the roles of the educational agent and their impact during the years 2010 to 2019 in Science Direct, Springer, Google Scholar and IEEEXplore databases by accurately and systematically identifying them. As to the selection of articles, only English articles based on an experimental study were examined. The keywords educational agent and pedagogical agent have been used to find articles.
Results: Based on the search strategy, 126 articles were obtained and after deleting the items that could not be accessed to the article full text and the abstract did not contain complete information, or was not related to the questions of this study, 30 articles were reviewed. Findings revealed that educational agents in different situations take on different roles such as coach, specialist, facilitator, motivator, feedback, so on, and these roles have a positive effect on learners' learning and behaviors.
Conclusion: The educational factor can have a positive effect on learning as well as learners' behaviors by adapting various roles such as feedback, motivator, facilitator, instructor, so on Accordingly, to develop e-learning environments, it seems indispensable to use educational agents to improve the quality of learning.
