شناسايي پيشران‌هاي اثرگذار بر توسعه پايدار گردشگري روستايي (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان نير)

Identifying Effective Drivers on the Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism (Case Study: Nir Township)

امروزه صنعت گردشگري، به مثابه پديده پوياي جهاني و اجتماعي است كه شناخت و تحليل علمي آن مي‌تواند چارچوب مطمئني را براي برنامه‌ريزي صنعت گردشگري فراهم سازد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي پيشران‌هاي مؤثر بر وضعيت آينده گردشگري پايدار روستايي در شهرستان نير و چگونگي تأثيرگذاري اين پيشران‌ها بر يكديگر انجام شده است. اين پژوهش از نظر ماهيت، بر اساس روش علم آينده‌پژوهي، تحليلي و اكتشافي و بر اساس هدف كاربردي است كه در دو مرحله تعيين شاخص‌هاي كليدي از طريق روش دلفي و شناسايي پيشران‌ها بر اساس نرم‌افزار MicMac بر پايه روش تحليل اثرات متقاطع انجام شده است. در اين راستا پس از برگزاري جلسات و بحث با 30 نفر از متخصصين و نخبگان گردشگري شهرستان نير به عنوان جامعه آماري كه تحقيق به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند، 37 متغير در قالب چهار بعد شناسايي شد. يافته‌ها بر اساس وضعيت صفحه پراكندگي عوامل نشان داد، سيستم ناپايدار است و بيشتر عوامل در اطراف محور قطري صفحه پراكنده هستند. همچنين از بين 37 عامل در نظر گرفته شده، در نهايت با توجه به امتياز بالاي تأثيرگذار و تأثيرپذيري مستقيم 13 عامل به عنوان خروجي ميك مك و عوامل پيشران، در آينده توسعه پايدار گردشگري روستايي شهرستان نير تأثيرگذار هستند. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد از بين 13 عامل پيشران، عوامل جذب نيروي مازاد بخش كشاورزي در فعاليت‌هاي گردشگري، افزايش فناوري، دريافت اعتبارات بانكي، مديريت زمين روستايي، توزيع درآمد و تنوع‌بخشي به اقتصاد و افزايش فرصت‌هاي شغلي براي جوانان داراي تأثيرگذاري بالاتري بوده و اهميت بيشتري دارند.

Nowadays, the tourism industry is a dynamic global and social phenomenon whose scientific knowledge and analysis can provide a reliable framework for planning the tourism industry. The aim of this study was to identify the drivers that affect the future status of sustainable rural tourism in Nir township and how these drivers affect each other. In terms of nature, this research is based on the method of futures research, analytical and exploratory science and is based on an applied goal. After holding meetings and discussions with 30 tourism experts and elites of Nir township as a statistical population, 37 variables were identified in four categories. Findings based on the condition of the scattering plate showed that the system is unstable and most of the factors are scattered around the diagonal axis of the plate. Out of 37 factors considered, due to the high impact score and direct impact, only 13 factors as the output of Mick Mac and drivers are influential in the future of sustainable development of rural tourism in Nir township. The results show that among the 13 driving factors, the following are more influential and important: factors of attracting surplus agricultural sector in tourism activities, increasing technology, receiving bank credits, rural land management, income distribution and diversification to the economy and increasing job opportunities for young people
