توانمند سازي جوانان راهبردي براي تحقق بيانيۀ گام دوم انقلاب

Empowering the Youth, a Strategy to Achieve the eclaration of the Second Step of the Revolution

جوانان كه مخاطبان اصلي بيانيۀمقام معظم رهبري هستند، نقش اساسي و محوري درتحقق تمدن نوين اسلامي دارند.به رغم بحث ها و گفتگوهاي فراواني كه در اين زمينه ميان نظريه پردازان دانشگاهي، مديران و رهبران صورت گرفته است؛ اماهنوزبه چگونگي تربيت و توانمندسازي جوانان براي پذيريش و موفقيت در اين مسئوليت خطير پرداخته نشده است.هدف اين پژوهش آن است كه با بهره گيري از«بيانيۀگام دوم انقلاب»دروهلۀ اول به شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندي جوانان و سپس به سايرمتغيرهاي زمينه-ساز، موانع و نتايج بپردازد، به گونهاي كه باتجزيه وتحليل داده ها و برقراري ارتباط بين مؤلفه ها، به الگوي راهبردي-كاربردي توانمندسازي دست پيدا كنيم.در اين پژوهش از روش شناسي كيفي«تحليل تم»يا«تحليل مضامين»براي انجام عمليات تحقيق استفاده شده است. پرسش اصلي پژوهش حاضر اين است كه آياالگويي براي توانمندسازي جوانان از بيانيۀگام دوم رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي ميتوان استخراج و طراحي كرد؟ و پرسش هاي فرعي تحقيق عبارت انداز: عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازي جوانان از نگاه بيانيۀگام دوم كدام اند؟ متغيرهاي زمينه ساز براي توانمندسازي جوانان از نگاه بيانيۀگام دوم كدام اند؟ موانع و در نهايت پيامدها و نتايج توانمندسازي جوانان چيست؟ يافته هاي به دست آمده،مدلي با رويكرد پارادايمي است كه شامل ابعاد ومقوله هايي به اين شرح است.عوامل توانمندساز در چهار مقولۀ«معنوي و اخلاقي»،«معرفت شناختي»،«روانشناختي»،«جامعه شناختي»در مجموع37متغير، عوامل زمينه ساز شامل15متغير،موانع و عوامل بازدارنده توانمندسازي شامل11متغير، پيامدها و نتايج توانمندسازي مشتمل بر16متغير و اهداف كلان توانمندسازي حاوي3هدف اصلي است.

The youth, who are the main audience of the Supreme Leader's Statement, have a pivotal role in the realization of the new Islamic civilization. Despite the many discussions that have taken place in this field among academic theorists, administrators and leaders; But how to train and empower young people to accept and succeed in this serious responsibility has not yet been investigated. The aim of this study is to utilize the "Statement of the second step of the revolution" to identify the factors affecting the empowerment of young people firstly and the other predisposing variables, obstacles and results secondly, so that by analyzing the data and establish communication between components, achieve a strategic-applied model of empowerment. In this research, the qualitative methodology of "theme analysis" has been used. The main question of the present study is whether a model for youth empowerment can be extracted and designed from the statement of the second step of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic revolution? and the sub-questions of the research are: What are the effective factors on youth empowerment from the point of view of the statement of the second step of the revolution? What are the predisposing variables for youth empowerment from the point of view of the statement of the second step of the revolution? What are the obstacles and ultimately the consequences of youth empowerment?
