تبيين پيامدهاي اجتماعي - فرهنگي توسعه گردشگري در روستاهاي ساحلي شهرستان رشت

Explaining the socio-cultural consequences of tourism development in coastal villages of Rasht County

امروزه گردشگري ساحلي با رشدي فزاينده به عنوان عاملي موثر در شكل دهي كانون هاي توسعه در سايت هاي ساحلي مناطق روستايي مطرح گرديده است. روستاهاي ساحلي شهرستان رشت با چشم اندازي گسترده، ميكروكليمايي مناسب براي توسعه گردشگري به شمار مي آيد، اما وجود معضلات مترتب بر اين مناطق، ساختار اجتماعي – فرهنگي روستاها را در طي سنوات اخير، با چالش هايي مواجه نموده است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، بررسي پيامدهاي اجتماعي- فرهنگي متاثر از توسعه گردشگري در روستاهاي يازده گانه ساحلي اين شهرستان مي باشد. روش انجام پژوهش به شيوه توصيفي- تحليلي و از لحاظ هدف، داراي ماهيت كاربردي است. داده ها در قالب طيف ليكرت مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و جهت تجزيه و تحليل، از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون T تك نمونه اي استفاده گرديد. برايند پژوهش نشان مي دهد؛ علي رغم اينكه توسعه گردشگري باعث افزايش ميزان آگاهي جامعه روستايي گرديده، پيامدهايي نظير افزايش معضلات جوانان روستايي در خريد زمين به دليل تشديد بورس‌بازي، فرار از قانون در زمينه ساخت و ساز غيرمجاز، كلاهبرداري و افزايش خريد و فروش غيرقانوني املاك و اراضي به ترتيب با ميانگين هاي وزني 4/63 ، 4/41 و 4/40، بيشترين ميزان آسيب اجتماعي – فرهنگي و اثرگذاري منفي را در بين ساير گويه ها به همراه داشته است.از سوي ديگر، نقش توسعه گردشگري بر افزايش آينده‌نگري جامعه محلي در حفظ منابع محلي، گسترش يكپارچگي و همگرايي اجتماعي – فرهنگي ، ايجاد امنيت و ايمني جامعه محلي نيز كمرنگ تر از ساير مولفه ها ارزيابي گرديده است كه موارد ياد شده، از نتايج تصميمات حوزه نهادي – مديريتي بوده است

Today, coastal tourism with increasing growth has been considered as an effective factor in the formation of development centers in the coastal sites in rural areas. The coastal villages of Rasht county are a suitable microclimate for the development of tourism. However, the existence of problems, has recently challenged the socio-cultural structure of the villages. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the socio-cultural consequences of tourism development in the eleven coastal villages of this county. The research method is descriptive-analytical and has a practical nature in terms of purpose. Data were analyzed in Likert scale,SPSS software and one-sample t-test were used for analysis. The research results show that although the development of tourism has caused an increase in the awareness of the rural community, consequences such as increasing the problems of rural youth in purchase of the land due to the intensification of stock exchange game, evasion of law in the field of unauthorized construction, fraud and increasing the illegal sale and purchase of real estates and lands with weighted averages of 4.63, 4.41 and 4.40 respectively, have caused the highest amount of socio-cultural damage and negative impact among other items.On the other hand, the role of tourism development on increasing the foresight of the local community in preserving local resources, expanding socio-cultural integration and convergence, creating security of the local community has also been assessed as less important than other components that the institutional-managerial decisions have been one of the determining factors in the conditions occurred
