چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ از آﻧﺎن، از اﻧﺠﺎم ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي رويﮔﺮدان ﺑﻮده و ﺣﺘﯽ در ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﻣﻮارد اﻗﺪام ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮار از ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮕﺮ ﺑﺮ آن ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺳﻄﺢ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان و ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ آﻧﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮك ﺧﺪﻣﺖ را ﻣﻮرد ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻗﺮار دﻫﺪ.
روش: ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ. دادهﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرداﺳﺘﻔﺎده در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﮥ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ از ﺑﯿﻦ 96 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وﻇﯿﻔﻪ و درﺟﻪداران و اﻓﺴﺮان ﻧﯿﺮوي درﯾﺎﯾﯽ ارﺗﺶ ﺟﻤﻬﻮري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﯾﺮان ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روﯾﮑﺮد ﭘﯽ.ال.اس از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ رواﯾﯽ ﻫﻤﮕﺮا ﻣﻮردﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﭘﺸﺘﯿﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺳﺎزه ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از 0/6 ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روﯾﮑﺮد ﻣﺪل ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺑﺎ ﻓﻦ ﭘﯽ.ال.اس اﻧﺠﺎم ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﻼﻓﺼﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ )0/334( و ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار )ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 0/029 و ﮐﻮﭼﮑﺘﺮ از 0/05( وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﺮدي ﻧﯿﺰ، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ )0/365( و ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار )ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 0/016 و ﮐﻮﭼﮑﺘﺮ از 0/05( وﺟﻮد دارد.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﮥ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﻤﻮده اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﮔﺮوه از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ: ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺮاﺳﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﻼﻓﺼﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ ﯾﺎ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻟﻔﻌﻞ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﺮدي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪهاﻧﺪ. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ، رواﺑﻂ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺑﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ﺳﺎزهﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﻮرد ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: A study of the status of commitment to service among young people indicates that a group of them have avoided military service and even in some cases try to escape from military service. Therefore, in this research, the researcher has sought to identify the factors affecting the level of satisfaction of soldiers and reducing their tendency to leave the service.
Method: The present research is applied in terms of purpose. The data used in the present study were collected using a questionnaire tool from 96 conscripts and naval officers and officers of the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The validity of the structures has been examined and supported using the PLS approach from a convergent validity perspective, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient as a reliability index for all structures is higher than 0.6, which is confirmed. The analysis of research data was performed using the structural equation modeling approach with PLS technique.
Findings:There is a positive (0.334) and significant correlation (significant level equal to 0.029 and less than 0.05) between the content factors of the service and the immediate factors of the service environment. There is also a positive correlation (0.365) and a significant correlation between service content and individual factors (significance level equal to 0.016 and less than 0.05).
Conclusion: The results of the present research have identified that four groups of factors: global factors of the organization, immediate factors of the work environment, content factors or actual job activities and individual factors have been identified. In addition, the relationships between these structures have been identified.
