سنجش ميزان تاثيرگذاري ابعاد كيفيت بر پايداري اقامتگاه هاي بومگردي (مورد مطالعه: استان تهران)

Measuring the impact of different dimensions of quality on sustainability of Ecolodges

اﻣﺮوزه ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻣﻘﺎﺻﺪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ و ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﺧﺎص اﻗﺎﻣﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺑﻮﻣﮕﺮدي ﺑﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺰﯾﺖ رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪهاﺳﺖ. ﺑﺴﺨﻦ دﯾﮕﺮ، اﻗﺎﻣﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺑﻮﻣﮕﺮدي زﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﻴﺖ را ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ اﻧﺘﻈﺎرات آﻧﺎن را ﺑﺮآورده ﺳﺎزﻧﺪ. اﻳﻦ اﻧﺘﻈﺎرات در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ زﻳﺴﺖﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ، اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ، ﻛﺎﻟﺒﺪي و اﻗﺘﺼـﺎدي ﻣﻌﻨﺎ ﭘﻴﺪا ﻣﻲﻛﻨﺪ. ﭼﻨﺎﻧﭽﻪ ﻫﺮﻳﻚ از اﻳﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ در اﻗﺎﻣﺘﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﺑﻮﻣﮕﺮدي ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب را ﻧﺪاﺷـﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، ﺑﺮ ادراك و اﺣﺴﺎس ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮ از ﻓﻀﺎ و درﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻄﺢ رﺿﺎﻳﺘﻤﻨﺪي او از ﻣﻘﺼﺪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻲﮔﺬارﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس، ﻫﺪف ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬاري اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري اﻗﺎﻣﺘﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﺑﻮﻣﮕﺮدي اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. دادهﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ روش اﺳﻨﺎدي و ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﮔﺮدآوري ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ و ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﺑﯿﻦ 160 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان روﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻨﺘﺨﺐ در 6 اﻗﺎﻣﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺑﻮﻣﮕﺮدي در اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان ﺗﮑﻤﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ، رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﮐﺎﻟﺒﺪي، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ – ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري اﻗﺎﻣﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺑﻮﻣﮕﺮدي اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ

Today, the quality of rural tourism destinations and, in particular, Ecolodges has become an important competitive advantage. Otherwise, Ecolodges can be the most desirable for tourists when they meet their expectations. These expectations are meaningful in terms of different environmental, social, physical and economic dimensions. If any of these factors does not have the desired quality in Ecolodges, they affect the perception and feel of the tourist from space and, consequently, their level of satisfaction from the tourism destination. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to measure the impact of different aspects of quality on the sustainability of rural tourism complexes in Tehran province. This research is descriptive-analytic. Data were collected by documentary and field studies. The researcher-made questionnaire was completed based on indicators and study variables among 160 selected rural tourists in 6 rural tourism complexes in Tehran province. For statistical analysis, statistical tests such as correlation, regression and path analysis have been used. The results show that in terms of physical quality, environmental quality, economic quality and socio-cultural quality, they affect the sustainability of tourism complexes in Tehran province.
