چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه ادارات و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺪﻧﺒﺎل ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدﻫﺎ ر ا از ﺧﻮد ﺑﺮوز دﻫﻨﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮع وﻇﺎﯾﻒ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﺷﺎن ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﻗﺮاي ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت را ﻧﯿﺰ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻟﺬا ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﯿﺮاث ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره ﻣﯿﺮاث ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي و ﺻﻨﺎﯾﻊ دﺳﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 130 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪ اي ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. داده ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي أﻧﮓ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )2004(، ﭘﺎﺗﺮﺳﻮن )1989( ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮﻧﻬﺎي ﻛﻮﻟﻤـﻮﮔﺮوف- اﺳـﻤﻴﺮﻧﻮف، ﺿـﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴـﺘﮕﻲ ﭘﻴﺮﺳـﻮن، رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه و آزﻣﻮن t اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻫﻤﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﻲ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري وﺟﻮد دارد، وﻟﯽ در ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﻮرد ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ دو ﺑﻌُ ﺪ اﻧﮕﯿﺰﺷﯽ و رﻓﺘﺎري ﻗﺪرت ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي داﺷﺘﻪ وﻟﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﻗﺪرت ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻨﺪ، ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ آزﻣﻮن t ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ زن و ﻣﺮد از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﻮش ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد
چكيده لاتين :
oday, departments and organizations are looking for employees who can perform the most appropriate actions and have the ability to communicate with different cultures according to the type of duties and responsibilities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of cultural intelligence and job performance of cultural heritage and tourism employees with emphasis on gender control. This research is a descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of this study is all employees of the Cultural Heritage and Tourism Department of Mazandaran Province. 130 people were selected as a sample through cluster sampling. Data of this study were collected through a questionnaire. The questionnaires of Ang et al. (2004) and Patterson (1989) were used to measure cultural intelligence and job performance, respectively. Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression and t-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between all dimensions of cultural intelligence and job performance. However, in the regression equations in which the effect of different dimensions was measured, both motivational and behavioral dimensions had a positive effect, but metacognitive and cognitive dimensions did not have the power of predictability. Also, t-test showed that there is no significant difference between men and women in terms of cultural intelligence.
